Assigned training notifications

I assigned some training courses to various groups this morning. I was under the impression that the users would receive an email notification for the training but no one has received anything. Is no notification the case?

How do I view the user and lesson details of assigned recurring training?

Hi,I have started trialling the recurring training for annual refresher training. Is there anyway to see who, when and the lessons a user is scheduled against for recurring training?

Analytics Access

Is there a way for a particular Group to have access to the Analytics of each User’s inspections within the same Group?For instance, there are only two users in the Group and both conduct inspections at various Sites. I would like for each User in the Group to be able to view Analytics for all Inspections conducted from that Group.At the moment, it seems that each User can only conduct and analysis of their own Inspections.The images below are examples of how it looks for each of these Users and the Permissions granted. The last image is how I’m hoping it will look for each User in the Group after a potential change.

Can you skip questions in Safety Culture?

I have a template with lots of questions. My first page is details about the inspection, however, after I have completed a few questions about the premises that I am at, if the customer was not at home I want to add some logic that skips all of the inspection questions and ends the inspection. By doing this I keep the evidence collected that I was at the premises address and would therefore only produce a short basic report rather than the full inspection report.Anyone know how to do this???Thanks.

Allow users to assign access to their inspection reports on a case by case basis

I have my organisation access rules configured so that users only have access to their own inspections. I do not want to change this setting because that would mean users inspection lists would become too lengthy, not to mention that some inspections may be confidential.However, there are some instances where a user may need their manager to review the inspection report. The ideal scenario would be for the user to assign an action to their manager (which I know is something they can currently do) and when the user is notified of the action, they are automatically given access and are able to review the inspection report. Alternatively, it would be great if we were able to configure some kind of integration whereby, if a user inputs a name into a particular field, the user input into that field is automatically sent a copy of the report.If it is already a possibility I would love to know how to configure this. Otherwise please accept this as a potential idea for a future update.

Create template from Excel file option removed?

Hello! Our company creates a template that changes weekly by importing a list from an Excel File. However, we noticed this week the option to create a template with this function has been removed since the latest update. Importing the files in PDF or images, the only two formats now, changes completely our list. Is the Excel format permanently removed? Is there a way to optimize a PDF for the platform to better read the document?

Actions tool - SAVE button greyed

Hi all, Is anyone else experiencing an issue whereby you edit an already opened action, and either update status or comment, and the SAVE button is then greyed out until you change one of the existing field items either to something else or back to how it was? Then I’m able to SAVE. Seems like a silly little bug/issue. Thanks.

Management Dashboard

Hi all,First post here, so forgive me if I’ve missed something.I’m sure many of you, like me, require to track numerous types of inspections across numerous teams with varying timescales from daily, weekly up to annually. I’m struggling to find a management dashboard / overview with what’s upcoming, what's overdue, who’s late, who’s on time etc etc etc.Can you provide some guidance on how to achieve this from both a top down and departmental point of view?Thank you in advance,Steuart

Changes in limits for exporting inspections with media (pictures)?

I have 20 fulfillment centers. Or sites. I always had the ability to filter on a specific site on the inspections page and export the pictures within the inspections. Without any notice the functionality has changed and limited to 25 insepctions and it's an extremely long process to get that media. The exporter functionality does not allow to filter on a specific site to get the media from those inspections. And because you do not have the site name in the picture file name it's impossible to find amongst 20 other sites and thousands of pictures. Help! I'm trying to export it from the analytics page but I do not have the exact screens that's displayed in the tutorial.

Get answers from an inspection

When using the api endpoint https://api.safetyculture.io/inspections/v1/answers/{id} to retrieve the responses to an inspection, it returns values for question_id and responses but these don’t seem to correspond to either the template question_id/children_id or the response set ids returned from template and response api endpoints.I am looking to get the inspection text values for each question/response in from the api.

GPS Location on Issues

Course Change Log - Training

In the training section of TS, you can view the ‘change log’ for each course and view which user made changes to the course. The only problem with this is that is it not the users name it is a unique identifier number e.g. f39c526e-5586-438k-8a31-1cb943b7f85.How can I find out which user that identifier belongs to? Or better yet, can you change the ‘change log’ page in training to show the user name rather than the identifier?ThanksEmma

Translation

The ability to communicate better with SC for personnel and other contractor where we have varied languages.On our construction sites we have a vast array of personnel at varying levels of competence.Lots of them are from other regions in the world and their first language is not english. We cover BTs and Briefings as well as site inspections, heads ups, and Issues...but the gap is communication and understanding by the persons from the other backgrounds. As a KPI we want a way to get this across and also record this.We want to do this hopefully in SC when Contractor Management becomes an included part of the portal…When is this going to be looked at and is translation part of this?

BILLING Edapps

Can anyone shed some light why the current Billing Process for Edapps side of SC is so poor an vague?It is basic. Doe not flow.It is really not what I would expect when building a platform for users to access and complete based on users - cost? Can someone at Edapps or SC involved with this reply in order that my query can be answered and improvement made that give customers the right information at the right time? Regards

credentials

Is there a current way to add credentials for premium users whilst using the app? All can click the plus button but this gives you 5 options only. Being able to add and update your profile on the move would be great. Even better would be to update others in your team for admins etc or users with the ability to update training and other info for users within the Organisation from a smart device and tablet. Non conformities

Hi, I wonder how the rest of the community is managing internal audit non conformities when there is only the possibility to start an Action, There is no room for Root cause analysis. I have created a template for this but it is difficult to link it to a non complaint question in an inspection

Recurring actions

Hello Everyone - I’ve got a few hundred assets with recurring actions linked (a simplified preventive maintenance program). In the last few months I’ve noticed the recurring actions will generate multiple times for the same asset/task/due date. Anyone else seeing this/have a solution? Thank you!Liz Lynch

New Fields in Safety Culture Exporter - Actions Tables

I use the safety culture exporter (described here https://help.safetyculture.com/en-US/000070/) and I love it. Just wondering if for actions you would include the label, asset and ID. here are the current fields that the exporter pulls (perhaps the audit_item_label could provide the label to this data but I can’t see how to link it )

Removing archived inspections from app

after archiving an inspection in through the internet, the inspections seems to stay in the app as in progress.Is there a way to delete the inspection so it doesn’t sit in the app?

Competency

We are currently wanting to embed competence into our system and wanted some solutions in SC. When is the next roll out relating to contractors, contractor management and the link with training.This relates to Skills, Experience and Knowledge. We are looking at trying to have a live feed within SC that supports this as part of our push for a competency matrix and demonstration of the Golden Thread.

Training?

I have been building Various training courses on SC and Edapps.However imo there is a slight glitch in that the training completed is not accessible in view only mode for personnel. Admin in SC is imo the highest tier of SC orf control and too many admins can create issues.So whether building templates or creating courses the Org MUST have protocols for access rights that fit and reduce the ability where required for example for people to build template / edit templates that is a given.The same applies to Training an building courses which imo in most cases need to be vetted by the org as this in most cases will be a validated learning event - hence certification. However there also in the Training Side of Sc needs to be an Access part that can enable certain personnel or groups to view the training completed by being able to access the training analytics and look at the plans, what courses have been completed and so on. As Org grow and more personnel/ employees / Contractors ae within

Inspections that I've already conducted the photos that have already been taken isn't there a way to integrate the photos

I would like to know if I could integrate the photos from one inspection of the same location with one that I've already started because I downloaded it and I have the pictures something happened in my app that I have to start over can't I integrate the report I already had with what I'm doing now so that I wouldn't have to start over
