Can anyone shed some light why the current Billing Process for Edapps side of SC is so poor an vague?

It is basic. Doe not flow.
It is really not what I would expect when building a platform for users to access and complete based on users - cost?

 

Can someone at Edapps or SC involved with this reply in order that my query can be answered and improvement made that give customers the right information at the right time?
