Training Matrix

Can this be shared with groups in view only mode from the top tab in SC training in order that this can be use at appraisals and training / planning meetings.This is a vital part of planning going forward and being able to share with view access would be very beneficial. Same query with dashboards for training.As this is a KPI for many companies and cannot seem to get this set up currently. Also still having issues with view only access for Custom Dashboards as the Site Dashboard are too restrictive for everyone.IMO the filter that are available in view only access to analytics and shared dashboards would be better where there is an option to lock out as required. This then promotes top tier KPIs and Dashboards as required.

Just a thought and a little about doing things in reverse and across the platform. If the labels that are available in Issues and Actions - also dashboards then… If we are building SC Training as a learning course or a survey then imo Labels should be a feature that links to what the course contains.Similar to Surveys with what the survey covers.When we get feedback about a survey we can then link it to labels where we can inject improvements or close gaps in a forward thinking way. I would even go as far as having them in Templates so they start to define contents, replies, leading and lagging indicators and also a way of data crunching. Just a thought…Would love some feedback… Johnny

Bulk Schedule Assets for Inspection

Hi - Does anyone know if there is any way to schedule multiple assets for the same inspection but individually? So eg 20 different assets all need to go through an individual inspection, but using the same inspection template. Using assets is very helpful but scheduling them one by one is a pain.

porting your python example code to C# has caused some issues.

Categorising Issues

Hi all,What does everyone find to be the best way to categorise “Issues”I have been running with one as a “Safety Incident Report” but I'm not sure if it better to split into several categories' Accident/IncidentInjuryNear Miss/HazardVehicle Incident you get the picture. Just wondering if anyone had any useful Information, guidance or advice

Duplicating Inspections

Hi Is there any particular reason why when using the “duplicate inspection” function a new report number cannot be automatically generated? You can change the report number manually, but this introduces risk of human error which is counterintuitive to the purpose of the platform. Thank you

How do I make an API call into our database we have at Safety Culture?

I am working at a company (is it safe to say which one?) and we have a database with you. We are using JotForms and other means to interact with the database and add information to your system. The time as come for me to look into using API requests to retrieve data. I will first be using Postman but this might be a stepping stone for using C# or other programming languages.

Actions Schedule - Outlook sync

Hi community!I’d like to make use of the Actions schedule view to schedule resources. Ideally, I’d like to sync the Actions to an Outlook calendar to share across our business.Is there a way to do this? Scoring does not work

I downloaded a template for ISO9001 process audits.I modified it same as a previous one that works without problems.At the end of the test inspection, the total score is always 0/0 % even if the the response tags have the correct weight (e.g. Meets requirement → 1 - improvement opportunity → 0.5 etc..)Can you please help me asap?Thanks in advance

Link templates to external users

Hi Im evaluating Safety Culture as a data capture tool for inspections in our facilities. Can anyone let me know if there is a way to share a link to inspection template’s without having them as a user in Safety culture? Ie, We have a Franchisee that needs to complete an Inspection, Can we just send them a link to our standard company inspection form? Thanks in Advance

More possibilities for report titles

Hello. Will there be an update where I could customize the title of the report to more extent than we have now.We have multiple types of reports that are assigned to each asset or site but when exporting the report as a PDF they all have similar titles and could easily be mixed up.I know I can create a question on the title page where a technician needs to explain what kind of report he is filling out but it would be nice to be able to skip that step.

Hi everyone.New user and getting to grips with it.Scenario :- Multiple inspections in progress from the same template.I would like to enter/answer one field/question for a batch of inspections at the same time.FOR EXAMPLE… If the question asks for “Company Name”, I would like to select multiple inspections that will have the same company name and populate all of them at once.Maybe 20 inspections for ABC Crew Hire, another load of inspections maybe XYZ Contractors Ltd. Is this possible.Grateful for any assistance.

Logic to a date

Hi SC community,This might have been asked before or there is a work around, if so let me know. Is there a way to trigger an action or flag on an entered date.Here is the example:The tech is conduction an inspection and needs to enter the production date of a part.This part needs to be replaced every 2 years.If the part is older than 2 years it should trigger an action or a flag to replace the part.

Ability to draw logic through to flagged items

Asking the community if anyone has found that the ability to draw logic questions through to the flagged items section an issue.I manage many many reports and would be great to see this feature.an example would beHardware (fail)Confirm room numberConfirm serial numberConfirm model number I have a template set up where if an task fails questions are then asked.This is also a arduous task to have to scan through the whole reports that include many spaces/rooms.The current process of releying on notes in the flagged items is not working

How to create additional reports from a completed inspection

Hi all,I run a pool safety compliance business and use Safety Culture for this. Once the inspection has been completed, any failed/non-compliances are flagged for attention.Additional, legislative requirements require an additional document to be produced and served to the pool owner then the local authority if the pool is not made compliant within 6 weeks. We are not allowed to use the pool safety inspection report to serve as this notice.My question is, can i somehow export the flagged items (I don’t need to export photos, just the flagged items is fine) and import them into another template which has all the legislative requirements and then download this as a separate report/notice?At the moment I just copy and paste flagged items into a word document however I would like to streamline this process and be able to generate a report from the flagged items.This may not be possible but just wanted to double check to make sure this is something or a feature that I have not missed as it

How Do You Track Completed vs. Incomplete Inspections?

I am looking for ways to track completed and incomplete inspections for specific templates.We would like to receive a daily email at the end of each shift summarizing the total number of completed and incomplete inspections for specific templates. Even better, receiving an email that lists all inspections conducted, categorized by completed and incomplete, would also be helpful.Is this something that can be achieved with SC? Is there a similar solution available? How do you currently track completed and incomplete inspections, or do you have any suggestions that could assist us?:)

Date Field showing incorrect date on Excel/CSV export.

A date field is showing the incorrect date when exporting the data to CSV/Excel. Eg. 31/7 was picked using the ‘Date Picker’ when completing an inspection on the mobile app. When downloaded to CSV, its reported as 30/7… It’s also in a format that excel cannot recognize as a date without additional formula tricks.Any ideas why this is happening?

Having an inspection linked to multiple assests

I know I can create a schedule for a specific asset for as an example - a daily pre-operation check. That works great for the 5 pallet jacks we have, that’s not too many schedules to manage. I have another asset - racks we use to mount product to for testing/assembly - and have about 21 racks for this. I have someone do a weekly inspection of these. The template setup with a repeating section - as in he can press “+” to add a new section for each of the 21 racks there is to inspect. I am wondering if there is a way to link each section to a asset in our system. For now he just inserts each rack number into a text field. I could create 21 schedules linked to each individual rack, but that is too many schedules to juggle. If this is not possible, it would be awesome to have added as a feature.

Working remotely - No internet connection

Trigger notifications

Hi hive mindwe use the inspection templates and some responses trigger an email notification. However the notification is very vague. “Fuhua Shao responded Yes (是的) to an item in an inspection using the QC Garment Inspection template.”How can we make these more helpful to the recipient?Thanks
