PA Testing

In the UK there is a requirement for Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)This is for electrical equipment.Therefore as a win win.Can the following be migrated specifically from Assets?If an asset required PA Testing that we can filter and export this to show all the items that should be PA Tested and then are they in date with regards to the test.On very busy Construction Sites this would be fantastic in merging and proving what we are doing without creating another excel spreadsheet. Any inputs welcome.

Possibility of inserting the "site" which I then have to find in the action programming.

Good morningI need it to be possible to insert the "site" when setting up the audit model, which I then need to find in the action programming.Otherwise, if I have 10 audits of 10 different production sites, in the action deadline calendar I cannot understand which site the deadline refers to.Thank you

Asset Relationships?

Hi everyone,I'm trying to find a way to manage relationships or hierarchies between different assets, such as parent-child relationships or direct links between related assets.Does SafetyCulture support this functionality natively? If not, are there any workarounds, integrations, or best practices that could help achieve this?I understand that I could treat a location as a parent, but this is not ideal for the solution I'm looking for.Thanks for your help!

Has there been any information on the 2025 Summit that was alluded to at the Better event in Kansas City last year? I would like to be proactive in asking for money to travel out of the budget next year. Thank you. Mike

SC training - company branding

Just a quick one.Is there a plan to have or be able to have Branding at the front end of SC learning. We did this on Edapps but not yet on SC training tab. So when on the PC or tablet someone goes into the training area the company branding and mission statement etc is the first thing that you see. Also the name and having the ability to give it a name. I quite like xxxxxxxxxx micro e-learning Academy or similar. Then as new users or client get access and we also show the accrediting bodies it gives it more of a business brand and identity. Ta.

I can’t seem to show a graph in analytics that shows who Issue are assigned to. It would be useful to see ‘Issues Assigned to’ and then a filter on Issue Status

SC Training.

Is there a way that SC could have access to business related training material that is generic relating to things such as videos or animations that can be looked at and used where possible when building training courses. Or even an additional part of the system which can access an area externally that covers this so that as part of building simple courses and lesson there is a way of adding animation and narration? If this is already available the please advise?

Multi language templates

As we move to support the wider business within Europe and beyond, I came up against the obvious hurdle of language barriers. I read in the help section about early access to multi language templates.This is the tool that I think would be perfect for us.Two questions - . Has anyone tried the feature out and what are your thoughts?. Is there anyone here that can support in gaining early access for me?

Training revisions and lists

Is the a way to see a full list of the courses with revisions (date / issue etc) in a format where they can be exported (CSV or similar) We currently have 20+ courses published and will be completing many more in the coming months.We just want some transparency on control and also to use this for review and accreditation purposes?

Credentials pending aproval

Hi @Bec Cooper or anyone else who maybe in the know. I was looking for an answer when I read your post around looking into approving credentials.The attached screen shot is something I happened across. Can you let me know what it is as it appears to be against every credential we have uploaded.

Training update / query

Hi.Just a query.Our Org has to be compliant and we have accreditation audits. As such we have to ensure that we have strict permission for person who either access or create things within our business…When looking at the training side of SC it does not seem logical for the permissions unless i am mistaken. If i want to see the training matrix (Beta)Then i can see this as admin (By the way admin must only IMO be available to trained , competent and skilled personnel as they have access to most areas of SC - ref GDPR).However. If i am in the training Matrix or looking at it that is fine (although i still think this imo is a very rough draft - will explain shortly)How do I share this to external supply chain or internal personnel, with view access only?Is there a plan to have this available in order that we can where required make this visible to supply chain partners so that when they are doing internal or 3rd party audits that they can see who is trained within our company? Ability to edit Status item names

I am not sure whether anyone else is working on an integration between Monday.com and safety Culture. We are in the process of doing this and have reached a roadblock in that Status names in Safety Culture are not able to be changed. Even though labels are, Monday.com will only be able to pull through from the Status items. I have logged a ‘feature request’ with Safety Culture but hope it is something we are able to achieve for a client who runs the bulk of their operation & business in Safety Culture and are now wanting to move all of their processes, including an integration between Safety Culture and Monday.com, to Monday.

Limit users who can DELETE an Action

I need to know how to access permission levels of users that can DELETE an Action.When an Action is OPEN and a user clicks on “...” they can Share or DELETE an Action. There’s no obvious way to do this. Also is there a log of who accessed an Action, if someone DELETES an Action who should not have done so, is there anyway to retrieve said action?

Multi category Inspection form

Is it possible to have a multi category inspection form? If a category field has options A, B, C, then if user selects category A the specific questions are asked based on that option but not including questions from B & C? likewise if category B is selected questions for A & C are ignored.Usage case : We have multiple classes of vehicles that we need to spot check ranging from cars up to large HGV and excavators that all require a basic question set but then branch out into more vehicle class specific questions.The current setup we would require 10 Vehicle specific forms in SC I may have missed the feature but I can’t find a means of achieving it with the current logic set.

How do i give an option for an auditor to just select questions in a section rather than opening the whole template

im looking for a way that an auditor can select a specific section rather than opening all sections - is there a way i can ask “choose option A”, Choose option B” etc. so far all i know how to do is put questions related to a topic in a new page and then a written statement telling the auditor to go to page “XYZ” manually but i want to automate this

Date Formats for PDFs

Is there a way to change the date format when a PDF is saved? We have changed our date formatting in the web app, but the inspection PDF names do not change. For instance, our PDFs are named, for example: T2899 / Forklift Checklist / 20.05.2024. We would prefer to change to “05.20.2024”.

QR Code To Report Issue WIth Asset

Hello all! I have found that I can use a QR code or NFC tag to quickly access an assets page on the app, and from there I can start an inspection or create an action. What I would like is to have a QR code on each asset that anyone can scan and report an issue on. I know from the Issues page I can generate a QR code to report general issues. But is there a way to make it possible to report that issue immediately linked to an asset?

Templateim using Editor is extremely slow on desktop.

I'm using the desktop app to edit my templates but it is extremely slow. I've checked memory and disk space, closed all other programs and tabs but it is painful. Anyone else had this same issue?

Non conformities

Hi, I wonder how the rest of the community is managing internal audit non conformities when there is only the possibility to start an Action, There is no room for Root cause analysis. I have created a template for this but it is difficult to link it to a non complaint question in an inspection
