I wanted to share my experiences with the SafetyCulture/iAuditor App on different devices/operating systems. I noticed not all devices handle the app very well or have different quirks/issues I have run into. Please feel free to discuss the device/devices you use! What are the good parts of the app in the device? What works well? Interface work well/easy to use? What are the not so great parts of the app in the device you use? odd quirks? some features work better or worse than others? Any other differences-oddities-or good stuff you’ve noticed on devices you use to access SC/iAuditor?Context; I usually use templates that inspect product quality/record if there are any non-conforming products, practices, work area cleanliness, or facility upkeep in a manufacturing environment that follows cGMPs & Food Safety rules. 💛: Items I would love to see/my wish list✅: Items I think are good/Pros❌: Items I think could be improved/ConsDell Laptop: use primarily for building templates for
Wanted to post this since I had issues with my profile stating that I had “Reached my Device limit” for my login - even though I only had two devices logged in at the time and when I tried to do a third it kept blocking me. You can follow the help directions SC provides for this issue, login to your profile on your computer & go to “My Profile” > “Devices” You should see a list of all the devices you have used to login with.Go ahead and delete all of the devices and then log into the devices you want access to your profile on. (if you refresh the page on your computer you should see each device pop up on the list.) Doing this will allow you to be logged into your profile on a computer and three separate mobile devices at the same time. (I have a dell laptop, Android phone, Android Tab6, and 9th gen IPad all logged in at the same time.)
Have you connected your SafetyCulture instance to a SAP server (ECC, S/4, C4C, CPI, etc.)?In mid-2023, I found out about SafetyCulture when a real estate company wanted to integrate SafetyCulture to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). The solution allowed field inspectors using SafetyCulture to seamlessly create Service Requests (Tickets) in SAP C4C and see real-time status updates to the relevant SafetyCulture Action that raised the SAP C4C Ticket.
We operate a permitting system via SC for high risk work. The templates are shared externally with our contractors. When they are about to undertake a high risk task, they complete a check list, add photos and hit a submit option. This in turn triggers an instant notification to us that a permit has been submitted. We review the submission and approve or ask for more information. On approval, the submitting person is notified. When the work is complete, they go back to the inspection and complete the clearance. The system works extremely well. Yesterday, we received a clearance for a permit to dig. On review, we noted the excavation was open, chapter 8 barriers were around it and there was a severe weather warning in place. The RAMS submitted for the work followed best practice by stating excavations would be back filled or covered when left unattended. The site operatives were contacted and asked to return to site and make safe followed by adding photo evidence into the permit. It is a
Hi SC CommunityI’d be interested to understand how our UK-based construction customers are using the SafetyCulture platform with regard to the Golden Thread principle.Specifically with regard to the retention of documentation, communication with residents, required regular inspections etc. I have some process ideas on how we could support this and would like to discuss the applicability. Please reach out to me with your thoughts.Tiffany
Hello again SC Community! Got another one for you all today 💭My workplace does pretty well at spotting problems, with no problems on culture of speaking up. But we’re getting flooded with corrective action opportunities. How does everyone stay on top of their corrective actions?
