Good Afternoon,I was looking at Analytics and the different ways to get data from our inspections in our Facility. Looking through the site, I see that we can get # of inspections conducted, # of flags in inspection, etc. What I am looking for is to extract the data (weights inputted, pure number, etc.) within the actual inspections. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.
Inspection photo improvements (link, rearrange, reorder, index)Discussion ongoing
I would like to see the following additions relating to photos within the Safety Culture auditing:To link a photo to a text answer or note e.g. we often take multiple photos for a question and provide specific details in the text answer or supplementary notes. However, it is difficult to highlight which photo you are referring to in the comments. It would be nice to be able to link a photo (e.g. Photo 3) to a comment. As present we need to wait until the report is completed, go back to the office, view the report and check the photo numbering to then go back to edit the report and update the numbering next to our comments. This is painful and does not allow us to finalise our reports and send them to our Clients while on site. To be able to rearrange photos e.g. sometimes I need to edit a photo or upload a replacement. It then moves the photo to the end. This is a pain when they are taken in sequential order. To be able to drag a photo to another answer or move it within a report. Ofte
I wanted to share my experiences with the SafetyCulture/iAuditor App on different devices/operating systems. I noticed not all devices handle the app very well or have different quirks/issues I have run into. Please feel free to discuss the device/devices you use! What are the good parts of the app in the device? What works well? Interface work well/easy to use? What are the not so great parts of the app in the device you use? odd quirks? some features work better or worse than others? Any other differences-oddities-or good stuff you’ve noticed on devices you use to access SC/iAuditor?Context; I usually use templates that inspect product quality/record if there are any non-conforming products, practices, work area cleanliness, or facility upkeep in a manufacturing environment that follows cGMPs & Food Safety rules. 💛: Items I would love to see/my wish list✅: Items I think are good/Pros❌: Items I think could be improved/ConsDell Laptop: use primarily for building templates for
Wanted to post this since I had issues with my profile stating that I had “Reached my Device limit” for my login - even though I only had two devices logged in at the time and when I tried to do a third it kept blocking me. You can follow the help directions SC provides for this issue, login to your profile on your computer & go to “My Profile” > “Devices” You should see a list of all the devices you have used to login with.Go ahead and delete all of the devices and then log into the devices you want access to your profile on. (if you refresh the page on your computer you should see each device pop up on the list.) Doing this will allow you to be logged into your profile on a computer and three separate mobile devices at the same time. (I have a dell laptop, Android phone, Android Tab6, and 9th gen IPad all logged in at the same time.)
Hi all, Is anyone else experiencing an issue whereby you edit an already opened action, and either update status or comment, and the SAVE button is then greyed out until you change one of the existing field items either to something else or back to how it was? Then I’m able to SAVE. Seems like a silly little bug/issue. Thanks.
Another suggestion for large scale inspections is to have some sort of negative scoring system that is calculated from action items created during inspections. As when there is multiple failures of the 1 type the score is not really reflective of the compliance of the site. As in scaffolding and many other industries their could be multiple failures of the same issue and for accurate analytics there needs to be a score attached to each action item you create so percentage based scoring doesn’t give accurate scores. As I could have a site that has 100 compliance issues of the same type scoring an almost perfect score opposed to a site that has 5 issues in different types causing a lower score than the 1 with 100 issues of the same type. I have combated this by adding questions about multiple failures of any question in this section heavily weighted in scoring to bring some balance but still far from perfect.
Good morning, Would like the ability of the analytics function to create graphs for a single user across multiple templates. This would be handy to have a visual on weekly KPI accomplishments. For example weekly KPI: 3 x Safe Work inspection 2 x Plant inspection 1 x Risk Assessment A visual pie chart for each supervisor/HSR would allow tracking of KPIs weekly. Cheers

We like the cover page option for a report layout. But if we wish to use multiple cover pages (for different projects) it’s a pain to have to add new report layouts, let alone not be able to duplicate a report. You need to alter all the content to match what would be your preferred/default layout. Can we have the option to just add a different cover page, or add a different cover page for a site. The last option would be to be able to duplicate a layout, so you can rename it and change the cover page.
Have you connected your SafetyCulture instance to a SAP server (ECC, S/4, C4C, CPI, etc.)?In mid-2023, I found out about SafetyCulture when a real estate company wanted to integrate SafetyCulture to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). The solution allowed field inspectors using SafetyCulture to seamlessly create Service Requests (Tickets) in SAP C4C and see real-time status updates to the relevant SafetyCulture Action that raised the SAP C4C Ticket.
You can currently create QR code to launch an inspection and for assets which are great but it would also be very useful to create QR codes for an individual inspection once it is completed. It would be a really easy way to trace installation inspections that have taken place on a specific fire door, for example.

I like that a Section Heading is purple and “distinct”. What I don’t like is that multi-choice answer boxes are also purple (image provided). This dilutes the heading and confuses the operator when completing questions that include logics and supplementary drop down questions. It would be nice to be able to choose the colours.
An idea for the future that i would love to see maybe one day if possible. As we have sites already built in, it would be great to move sites to the main page which then brings up a dashboard with each site and able to give the sites a profile. Under those site you would be able to see inspections that were carried out in them and see a schedule for upcoming inspections. just something for the future.
It would be very helpful for people in the service industry to have a feature that we are able to pre print say 50 QR codes and apply them when we are doing an inspection. An example of this: User A is in the fire industry and gets a new client that has Building Y, Building Y has 30 Fire doors. User A before going to site for the first time prints out 30 individual QR codes on stickers and while doing the inspection places the stickers on the doors and populates the asset requirements. I hope the above makes sense.
Hi SafetyCulture Team, I would love it if we could have some kind of toggle for Assets to show they’re on site or off site. Is there any possibility to have the tracking functionality switched off when an Asset is toggled to off site? The reason I ask is that we deal with a lot of Contractors equipment that we are adding to the Asset function to enable tracking of inspections etc. and position although we don’t want this function when an Asset has left site. I’m not sure if this is possible or is already available? I haven’t seen it anywhere so I thought I would make the suggestion.Kind RegardsJames
