Status as "unapproved" within Approval workflowsNew

Hi all! Would it not be awesome to have the status “unapproved” available? Because as managers, we can only see inspections with the status: Completed Incomplete But how so we know if it is because we haven’t yet approved or we did go through the inspection but we cannot give our Go ? Could we have the status “unapproved” available? and eventially could it lead to an action plan?

Show upcoming scheduled inspections beyond 1 weekReleased

Hello SC Community! We are currently looking to improve some of our scheduling of our longer cadence inspections. For instance, we have a cadence set to conduct a monthly wash & inspection on our trailers. These need to completed at any point within the month, as time allows, as trailers are in and out of our yard inconsistently. One call out from our drivers/operators is that they cannot see which inspections are due farther out than one week. This leads to a chance that we may miss a trailer or two until the last week, where it may not be possible to get them washed in that timeframe. The idea would that be for an assigned audit, we can filter past the 7 days, so they can see a longer term window of inspections due. This would also benefit custom schedules and anything planned farther than 7 days out, such as our biweekly inspections. Please let me know if I am missing anything or if there is some clever workaround that I may not have considered. Thanks! -Kyle

Use of different colour fontsUnder consideration

Our Supervisors use a handover template, which they duplicate and update weekly at shift change. Its a live document that they update on an ongong basis. They would like to be able to use differnet colour fonts to be able to more easily differentiate between each other updates, questions and respones.

Unable to stop lone working

We have a lone worker who has had an issue the last two days of not being able to stop lone working jobs. When he selects complete, It just has the three dots cycling as if it is thinking about it. He has force stopped the app and restarted it. The only way to stop it has been to wait for the duress alert to go off. Has anyone else come across this?

Unable to Update Temperature Field via API in SafetyCulture

Hello everyone, I’m trying to update a temperature value in an inspection using the SafetyCulture API, but I haven’t been able to get it to work. What I’ve Tried I’m making a PUT request to update the inspection like this : https://api.safetyculture.io/audits/{audit_id} I’ve tried formatting the request as both a text field. What I’ve Checked The item_id is correct (taken from the inspection details). The API token has write permissions. Other types of fields update successfully. Questions Is there a specific format required to update a temperature field? Are there any API limitations or settings that could prevent this update? If anyone has successfully updated a temperature field via API, I’d really appreciate any guidance. Thanks in advance for your help!

Visibility of old inspections sites

Hi, I have set up my sites and changed permissions but when I log into an account I have visibility of old inspections not related to this site, I have deleted all old templates and have given access for site only, would anyone know how I go about removing these so that the sites only have visibility of their own inspection?

Pre-start Inspections

We have just started our safety culture journey and are currently looking at user set ups. We need for our staff to be able to conduct pre-start inspections on mobile plant, but don’t need all the other bells and whistles that come with the full seat (for most employees). Has anyone got a way to do this on the Lite seat for employees (so they aren’t limited to only monthly inspections)?

Documents Module: Early Access

Hi All, I was just wondering in case I had missed something. I am trying to find a forum / thread/ group related to the Documents Module that is currently in Early Access. We are currently using Docs as part of Early Access, but I can’t seem to find a discussion group similar to what the other Early Access Groups have. I’m just curious about the roadmap for Docs / have some feedback etc, and I was just wondering if there was a dedicated group for this. I’ve tried to add the lads to the site inspection app I created but there’s no mobile number field, only email (they’d be using their phones). Does anyone have a way around this?

UK Time Issue / Clocks changing to BST.

Has anyone seen that dates are reported incorrectly due to the clocks changing to BST? Currently (before the clock are changed to BST), when a date is entered which is after the clock are changed to BST. The Date in incorrectly report on the Excel output ,as 1 deducted. For example: 2nd April is recorded as 1st April (01/04/2025 23:00)

Missed Check-ins: Notification Default

We transitioned to a new lone worker platform, but follow-up calls revealed that operatives were not receiving check-in alerts. This was traced to the Safety Culture app's default setting, which disables lone working notifications. To avoid this issue, we recommend instructing operatives to activate notifications within the app settings as part of the implementation process.

At the moment there is no way when in assets to filter by last inspection first and vice versa. This is important when sharing and prioritising with a live view. It would assist the view ability also for auditing purposes

Duplicate Item FacilityNew

Would any of the Community join me in thinking that the introduction of a "duplicate item" function within Safety Culture's template system would be a good idea? As a fire door inspector, I frequently assess multiple doors that are identical or nearly identical, with only minor variations. Currently, I have to re-enter the same information manually for each new item, which is both time-consuming and inefficient. A duplicate item feature would allow users to copy the details from the previous item and make necessary amendments, significantly improving workflow efficiency. To illustrate: within a single inspection, I often complete over 100 questions per door, with most answers remaining the same apart from a few adjustments. Without a duplication option, I must scroll back and manually cross-check my previous entries, which is not only tedious but also introduces the risk of inconsistencies. A quick review of my recent fire door inspection templates confirms how frequently data repeats

Escalations

From the lone working trials I have been thinking about the escalations. I have already suggested escalating to a group as an option. Up until now, the escalations have been coming through to me. As the guys get used to there check ins, I have been receiving quite a few. Some I have missed due to meetings or travelling. As a back up, I have changed the alerts to a three point escalation. I receive an alert 15 minutes after a missed check in. If I do not attend to the missed check in within 5 minutes, the second escalation will go to another in my team. If they fail to address the failed check in within 10 minutes, the third alert will go to the HR team. I have also been thinking about out of hours lone working and wondered about utilising our 24 hour customer team. If there were the option to add scheduling into the escalations. eg, 8am to 6pm then after 6pm and weekends escalation to out of hours. I guess I would need to set out of hours up as a user which would be a problem. Also a b

Option to turn flagged item review step on inspection completion OFFUnder consideration

Is there anyway to toggle flagged items review at the completion of an inspection? In some of our templates this feature is an excellent reminder / tool, however in others we wish to still have some responses flagged for analytics purposes without confusing users who may not be well versed in actions / not understand that this step isn’t required for this type of inspection. Unsure if there is an easy solution or not!
