I would like to have a split form where the second section is not visible to the person completing the first section of the form. This would be very useful for an Incident Report.
Hi SC Team, we have found a need to be able to run a report (Administrators) to identify user activity. This is to assist with quick identification of activity across a time period which could include sites and locations as well as actions and issues raised, actioned, viewed and assigned to others. We can filter in the Inspections tab by owner, however for actions and issues this is not so easy, especially if looking for activity around status change or the adding of a comment or note. A simple report that lists all activity over a period which you can then click through to the activity, be it action, inspection, issue or something else.
My team has a pretty consistent need to export templates we’ve created within SC as blank PDF’s. It’s my understanding that currently templates can only be exported via the mobile app and only as “iat” files. Is there any possibility of adding the ability to export to PDF or even other file types beside “iat”?Currently, we maintain a Word Doc version of our template in addition to the one we’ve created in SC due to not having the ability to export a blank template within SC.Also curious if any other SC users ever have a need to export as PDF? If so, what do you do instead?
Hello, some times i need to add an asset from my mobile device. the location some of these assets are in has very little or no wifi or mobile connection.is there any way to add assets, offline, so that they can be uploaded when a connection is made.

It’s frustrating that we can’t perform simple formatting on calculations, such as displaying units or restricting the number of decimal places. The above comment is a full description of what I’d like to see changed, but I thought that it might be interesting to hear the use case that prompted it.We have a data collection form (inspection) where we apply some in-form validation checks. This will be something like “sum of answers A, B, C must be less than or equal to D”. We then apply logic where if D-(A+B+C) <0, then display information (question) indicating that the user has entered the data incorrectly.From a presentation perspective, we don’t actually care to display the value - just whether it’s a pass or fail. The ideal option would be that a calculation supported conditional logic and different output data types (e.g. if x=y then “Pass”, else “Fail”). This could be complicated for SafetyCulture to program, so a simpler alternative would just be to make the resulting number les
Not sure if this is already possible but it would be great if we could use dictation to fill in a text field. some of our inspections require detailed notes and its quite time consuming to type out all the notes when you are doing multiple inspections a day.thank you!
What is the recommended process for an employee who has in progress inspections and become sick or is fired or won’t be back on shit for a week and can’t complete them before they leave?BEFORE YOU REPSOND PLEASE NOTEif inspections (in progress or not) are linked to a schedule and you delete them the scheduled item will not revert to missed/late so you will no be able to track that the scheduled inspection was missed (not completed)
With the addition of Assets, I believe Safety Culture is missing out on a great opportunity to allow users to utilize Issues/Actions as a basic maintenance management tool or similar.I realize Safety Culture’s focus is not Maintenance Management, but the fundamentals are already there. I feel like it wouldn’t take much to expand on these features and open up options for users.Adding the ability for users to include assets and expanding on the fields and custom fields available in Issue categories would nearly be enough. From there, creating an action from the Issue (or Request) would action the maintenance and completing the action would then close out the issue.Adding the ability to schedule actions would also allow it to be used as a preventive maintenance system.Have features like this ever been considered?Thanks
The 12 inspections per year have really limited what our organization can do with Lite Seats, therefore we have not purchased any.Would it be possible to create a different type of lite seat that could perform unlimited inspections and create actions. As all the other stuff that a lite seat is capable of doing we would never utilize with any of our employees besides the ones with full seats already
Does SafetyCulture plan to launch anything around chemical safety (COSHH registers, Safety Data Sheets, COSHH Assessments). A SafetyCulture competitor our firm deals with has an AI feature for creating COSHH assessments from Safety Data sheets, would this be possible for SC? I currently have my clients using assets for substance information. We create an asset category, “Substances” and they upload the safety data sheet and if they have it a COSHH assessment or I create a COSHH assessment template for them to fill out and link to the asset. It lack some functionality and as much as you can filter the asset register for a list of substances, it would be great if the register view contained more details like hazard logos or PPE logos.
This has been raised previously by many on here and wanted to just refresh with regards to ensuring we can make this happen. We need a simple and intuitive Risk Assessment type template or the ability to create one?This must be the Basis of what Safety Culture is all about as it is the starting block to planning and keeping people, assets and the businesses safe?
Why can’t we see ‘Flagged Items’ online when reviewing an inspection, but I can see them on my mobile? On my mobile, I can see Open Actions and a number. It would be good to see Closed Actions and a number too. To give you an example where this would help:We raised an Action as a Contractor has not installed a required sign. The Contractor then marked the action as complete. When going to the site again, we flagged the same issue. There is no option to change a Closed Action to Open or Incomplete on your phone and even clicking a flagged item would be far more beneficial if it provided a summary like an Open Action, and not just linking you to a previous report in its entirety. As I review a second site inspection report online (for the same site), I do not see any reference to Flagged Items or previous Closed Actions. I can’t even see that a previous Action has been raised (if it has been marked as Completed).
Is there a way to generate an Action Item Report similar to an Inspection Report that will output as a PDF?

When creating an action, you have the option to select an asset however unless you also add the asset name in the action title, you cant search for it that way. This would be a good feature
I’ve noticed that ISSUES can be auto-generated to PDF reports. It would be amazing if PDF reports can be auto-generated for ACTIONS as well. Seeing how ISSUES have essentially the same layouts and customizations like ACTIONS, i think it is a minor addition that requires simple tweaking from SafetyCulture management.
It would be really great if we could select multiple assets on 1 inspection. For example, we have HGV drivers that use safety culture for their daily vehicle inspections where they inspect the tractor unit and the trailer, but i can only link the inspection to 1 asset.I know we could do an inpsection per vehicle, but for user friendliness and streamlining it would just make much more sense to be able to link that 1 inspection to both assets.thank you

Being able to filter the agenda on the homepage between inspections, actions, issues and training is great. I see there is a way to filter inspections based on if they’re awaiting approval now, but could this option also be added to the agenda on the home page too? As currently, unlike issues where you can save filters in a preset, this cant be done with inspections. So it would be nice to add a function which is more one click. Many thanksDan
Hi I wanted to share an idea for an enhancement to our inventory management system within SC that could significantly improve our operations and efficiency.Proposed Feature: Store-Based Inventory ManagementI propose creating a new section within SC that operates similarly to the existing Asset + Site feature. The central concept is to introduce a “Store” feature where we can:Define Stores: Designate specific store locations where we can manage spare parts inventory. Categorize Parts: Organize spare parts within each store, making it easier to locate and manage inventory. There is very minimal training programs pertaining to Canada. Most we can not use. Why is that?Need the following training to be added:WHMIS-2025 (GHS), Health & Safety CommitteesNSC Training for trucking: Load Securement, Log Books (Hours of service), TDG, Trip Inspections, Just to name a few.Would like all worker names to come up in the certificate side. Those with out a date, it will then show me who has NOT, have that particular certificate uploaded.
