Asset colour code for risk rating for asset typeNew

On Assets we have taken the decision rightly or wrongly to add a risk rating. This will be Red (High) Amber (Med) Green (LowWe want this to link with the Asset type and then start to build this into a system where we aim to  ensure a sequence of inspections aimed at High to Low. Is there a way where an Asset field can be created where we can add a COLOUR in the Asset field denoting the RAG risk? This is just a visual we want so that we start prioritising within the SC Asset structure?

Power BI Connector - Additional ParameterNot planned

The Power BI connector has really been useful for our company and being able to provide our users the ability to view inspection data and see trends to help with decision-making.The issue is whenever we try it on our daily inspections, the connector fails to refresh as it cannot pull large amount of data. I hope SafetyCulture would consider adding a ‘Completed before’ and ‘Completed after’ parameter on the connector.

Template Logic on Site FieldUnder consideration

Suggestion: It would be great if Logic was supported from the Site field. Use Uses for Site Logic:  We have many cases where questions are site-specific.  There are also a large number of templates in which we need a different question with the same text just to change the selected global response set - warehouse team, employees, maintenance team, products, customers, carriers, suppliers, etc.  In all of these cases, rather than asking for Site a second time with a regular response set just so we can use logic, we have opted to have multiple templates with those changes “hard-coded.” Problem: This adds a lot of maintenance if we change anything in the template and now have to change 20 of them.  It also makes reporting hard because we have to analyze data from each one separately.   Coupled with this, we would also need the ability for logic to refer to previous questions, not just the question it is directly added to. Otherwise, the feature is limited to only what we want to ask direc

Inspections: what do you do when a team member is off sick/on holiday?

Hi all, I wanted to kick off a discussion about inspection scheduling and how you manage any amendments to your active schedules within your organisation.  In particular, I was wondering how you handle your inspections when a team member with scheduled inspections is off sick or on annual leave; I am keen to see how other people are using scheduling when this happens.  Our scenario is this: We have a few inspection schedules (for vehicles, assets etc) that ideally we want to continue whilst a person is off work.  To give you an example, we had an employee off sick for 3 weeks and during this time they missed all their inspections, which ideally still need to continue during their absence. By the time they come back to work, these inspections are overdue and the next round of the same inspection is now due anyway!  My ideal solution to this would be to be able to reassign their inspections, say to myself, for the period whilst they are off, in order to maintain the inspections and inspe

Asset Type List exportNew

Can you please ensure that the Asset Types in the Asset Settings can be exported etc to a list or similar for validation and other checks.When we want to ensure the types are managed currently there is no way of exporting this as a single list.PLEASE NOTE.This is Asset Types and not all the assets.

Ability to change Schedule owner/accessReleased

Currently, when a schedule is created, it is owned by a specific user, and that cannot be changed.  That person is the only one who can manage the schedule (make changes, see the missed/overdue status).  If that person leaves and the user is removed, the schedule still functions but only admins can make changes to it.  There is no way to filter to find all of those schedules because they are not a user in the filter options.  They are essentially abandoned, and we have a hard time to look through dozens or hundreds of schedules to find those, then manually update them as admins or to take screenshots of each one so an active user can recreate them.The ideas:Allow a schedule owner the capability to assign edit/view access for that schedule to other users Allow admins to be able to change the “owner” of a schedule and also be able to change access to other users When a user is deactivated or removed, ask which other user you would like to give ownership of the schedule to (in fact, when

Inspection Sample Plan

We have a sampling plan that involves adding to the number of quality inspections needed duing a production batch based on the percentage of poor quality products produced for that particular product. If that product has a high percentage of bad quality then production runs of that product will get an extra inspection.Currently we get the list of poor quality articles from an outside system and imput them into an excel sheet that does the math and tells us if that product will get 1,2,3 or 4 inspections. It would be great to see something like this integrated with the system. For example based off of the answer to an inspection question (like what product is being produced) then it would repeat a section of questions the required number of times for that product.  If anyone has found a way around this with the current system capibilities I would love to hear how you did it.

It would be usefull to be able to upload inspection schedules in bulk. Once per week our production schedule is released in excel format, It would be usefull to somehow upload this list and the system create a scheduled inspection for each production run on the list. The number of production runs per day and week varies.

Include the Action details in the ISSUE reportNew

I would like to have a full picture of how an ISSUE has been followed. But when i create an ACTIONS to solve the ISSUE. After completed the ACTIONS, i would like to generate a report for the ISSUE, the ISSUE report doesn’t show any information for the ACTIONS has been followed.  And the only way is i have to click on the link on the Web and APP to have a look. Also the ACTION can not be downloaded.  I think it will be good to include the ACTION detail for the corresponding ISSUE report.

As we consider using SC Training as our LMS, we have imported a lot of courses from the public library.  This has revealed a problem that the list of courses is extremely cluttered.  There is currently no way to find batches of courses if they don’t contain the same keyword in the title, to work with the current search feature.A feature to assign “categories” to training (with multi-select) would be ideal.  This would be similar to template folders, but not necessarily static where you can only have one folder.  For example, I may want to assign “Slips, trips and falls” course to a “Safety” category and to a “Site Courses” category.  This would make it show up in both if I were to filter by category.  The Safety category would show me all safety courses I’ve tagged as such, but the Site Courses would show me all courses available to operations sites which could include a variety of topics beyond just safety.

Allow users to select multiple labels for an actionReleased

It would be great if users could categorize actions using multiple labels. It is possible for something to be say both a chemical control issue and general house keeping issue. In my organization I would also be interested in being able to things that are only food safety related. For example, building maintenance could be a squeaking door but that is not exactly critical for food safety, but if there are holes in the wall of my storage building, then I would want to be able to track that and so it would have the labels of “Food Safety” and “Building Maintenance”

Just a logical thought.SC Training is now integrated into SC via the Edapps platform.Is there any way that we can now have the same logic in Heads Up s for Alerts that we have in SC training when building a course.So what i mean is.When building a course and adding videos or slides we can make it mandatory that if the slide / video and so on is not fully view then you cannot complete. I now think if Heads Up is going to co-exist that this needs to be similar in that by adding media, images, video etc that we make it mandatory that the acknowledgement is autonomous as they must review the full heads up?Thoughts welcome….

Scoring will not enable

Hi AllI dont seem to be able to get scoring working, i have followed the template guide on how to enable and whilst the score will show on the question and scoring is enabled and it has been published it will not work.  I have disable and re-enabled several times, publishing after each change but nothing seems to work.  I have tried again a few days later and the same applies what am i doing wrong?

Customization of Action TypesNew

I just started playing with creating custom Action Types.  I’m not quite sure how to leverage the feature just yet. My first attempt was to create a type called “Personal To Do” but the options available were not what I expected.  We should be able to require and/or disable the description, priority, site, asset, and labels. The permissions for “Detail Fields” (who can edit them) should no longer be a global setting but rather be per Action type. I may want types that restrict editing to only managers. The “Action status” should no longer be a global setting but rather per Action type.  I may want additional status options for some types and very few for others. The “Priority-based due dates” should no longer be a global setting but rather per Action type. I may have types that are more severe and need a shorter default timeframe. Action Access should no longer be a global setting but rather per Action type. To me, this is very important to be per type.  For a personal type action, I d

Issues - More improvement required.New

A little disappointed to be fair that the protocol does not seem to be in place similar to actions within the issues system. If a person at the coal face raises an issue it could be trivial or could save money, time, effort and pain.When the issues are raised this is the link to frontline workers so it is ultra important that where necessary we feed back and are seen to be positive about real issues raised. The process then after this is a very important one.This is what the Org does for potential near misses and hazards etc that can have an impact upon the company. Therefore the access should be tiered based upon the sensitivity.The process should also be mandated for the team who have been assigned the Issue.They should not be able to close the issue until they have proof that this can be done i s such a way as to learn what really caused it in the first place.This may in most cases be linked to Unsafe Acts / Unsafe Conditions.At this point proof of what it is must be in place.What g

Hi All,  Just an idea or if anyone can share some insight - The new types feature in actions is fantastic, but unfortunetly this feature has not been added to the analytics - so if a team use a specific type, there is currently no way to create a dashboard from the data and filter by type. In doing so i thought a work around would be to filter by the creator of the actions from a specific team (actions created by maintenance manager) to find there is also no ability to do this either.  Would love to see this in the product updates soon - peace

For scored inspections create a optional function to reschedule them if the percentage is bellow above a required mark.we use template / inspections to test knowledge of a process or cleanliness of a sessionit would inherit the same assignees from the originals schedule i.e. one of or all off the original schedule notes in the case of all of it would be only the person who didn’t meet the requirement. if would inherit the same time frame i.e.. of the original schedule allowed for 25 days to complete and late submissionsI’d like to specify the delay before it’s rescheduled i.e. if the room was messing they need 3 dyas to clean it before we inspect again
