What you’ll love about this new functionality

Keeping your templates organized on the go just got easier. You can now access template folders directly from the mobile app, providing you with the same experience on both desktop and mobile. This makes it more convenient for frontline teams to find what they need while out in the field.

With template folders on mobile you can now:

  • Easily find the right template by viewing and accessing all folders you have already created on desktop from the SafetyCulture mobile app
  • Keep your templates organised no matter which device you use to access SafetyCulture

How to get started with the new release

Template folders on mobile are now available to all premium and enterprise SafetyCulture customers.

While this is great, I think the UI integration isn't amazing. It would be great if users had the choice to hide some folders that don’t relate to them, or folders were revealed by tapping folders and revealing all of them. In my case, the 3 folders that show first, I don’t use. This means 1/3 of the screen is being wasted.
