Close the previous repeated section when you click “+” to open a new repeated section. This will help to stay organised within the form. Even better would be to give the option to make subforms as I mentioned here

I’m not sure if this would help, but a workaround to this is you could exit and then re-enter the inspection, the repeating sections will then be collapsed.

More so in the past when we first started with SafetyCulture, but we did have people scrolling up to previous repeated (or even not repeated but pre-created) sections rather than adding their information to the new section. It was so much on the screen that they got confused. I could see how this may be handy to collapse the previous one automatically.
