Support annotation on the web appReleased

We have tried to use the Annotate question in our templates, but it is quite lacking, in my opinion, in that you can’t add a templated image for them to annotate, nor can you annotate in the webapp.I propose that the template author can load an image to be annotated, such as a vehicle outline for a vehicle handover check - think like a rental car sheet you mark bumpos and scuffs on.The annotate function should then work on all apps and wthe webapp if required.

Hey all! I’m looking to make our daily job safety analysis (JSA, JHA, AHA, PTP, etc, etc) and I want to see if anyone out there has a template they feel works well. Upload credentials in mobile appReleased

Is there a current way to add credentials for premium users whilst using the app? All can click the plus button but this gives you 5 options only. Being able to add and update your profile on the move would be great. Even better would be to update others in your team for admins etc or users with the ability to update training and other info for users within the Organisation from a smart device and tablet. Hello there! I would love to some more filter options in the issues page. Mostly a filter show issues resolved within a certain date range. And then I would also love to see actual date under “Modified Date” rather than “6 days ago”, or the option to change between the two formats.

We can create folders for templates but not for actual inspections. This is not great.Best action would be to allow for creating folders to move all your inspections into once completed. Yes the Archive part is great but better to have allowance for folders for this purpose. This would benefit those with multiple sites to adapt and list into folders per site.

Capturing asset readings from inspections - Idea ImprovementsNew

1. The timestamp associated with a value entered does not align with the “Conducted on:” date. If I need to resubmit an inspection that is from a past date, the system updates the value with the current submission date instead of keeping the original inspection date. In my opinion, the timestamp should match the “Conducted on:” question. Otherwise, it creates an issue where a value can appear current even though it is from a long time ago.2. I need to add an additional unit of measure, such as “pieces” or “units”. A currency of € or $ would also be nice, or the ability to create a custom unit of measure.3. There is currently no way to add a new value from an inspection to the last value linked to the asset. This means that there is no way to enter a value during an inspection and automatically add it to the previous entry to show an updated total. Or even to be able to perform calculations with the last value recorded.

Can we add the ability to change the scoring options for Check Box’s.We use these for frequently checked items, yet if one is not checked we get a lower score. I’d like to remove the scoring option on checkbox’s but only for particular questions or inspection templates.

Activity log in PDF formatOpen

Hi, We carry out third party scaffold inspections for principal contractors and scaffolding companies and are getting more and more requests to show proof that actions have been completed. Photographic proof is being provided by the assigned contact and we can see that in the activity log. However, an option to include these photos into an action report in PDF format would be a great tool we can utilise to give clients to show reports are being closed out. Not sure if this is already possible and i’m just missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Inspection limits for Lite SeatsOpen

Hello, first time posting here…. I am currently having limited flexibility in scheduling my team’s 5S inspections, which must occur on a monthly frequency. For this particular 5S program, I have set up certain users on Lite Seats to conduct inspections of certain areas of our facility and create Actions for follow-up and resolution. I am aware of the rule that grants only 1 inspection per month for users in Lite Seats, but this somewhat limits my flexibility, as I prefer to custom schedule their inspections each month (i.e. one-offs) to offset various factors (dates falling on differing weekdays, production area changes, etc.). For example, if a team member conducts an inspection on (say) the 21st day of the month, I am unable to assign their next inspection until my plan renews (which is on the 18th of each month), when I would rather assign that same user their next inspection earlier in the next month (on the 17th or earlier) at my discretion; however I understand that under the c

Reactions and Comments in Heads Up (toggle feature)New

Some of our Heads Ups are pretty old (maybe no longer relevant or superseded) but I like to have them in there for historical purposes. While going through them all, I recently noticed that I have to click on the ellipsis and select the option to disable both Comments and Reactions separately, and then click on a dialog box to confirm each one, which seems to be a little more time-consuming than it needs to be. I think it would be much better to have an On-Off toggle feature present for both Comments and Reactions on each Heads Up, on the Manage Heads Up page. This would allow someone to simply turn on or off these features without the extra steps or mouse clicks. I can see this being valuable for someone who had to edit, (say) tens or even hundreds of these Heads Ups at the same time. Just wanted to throw this out there as a possible suggestion for improvement….

Easier way to Delete In progress Inspections from AppNew

In the app you can see your in progress inspections on the home screen (this is great) but you can’t archive them if you no longer want them. in order to archive them you have to go to the inspections tab the issues here is sometimes finding them in the list if you have access to a lot of inspections. being able to archive form the view on the home screen would help us a lot

We have several templates where the response to a question a list of names for example the managers at a site right now we maintain a global response set that is the list of manager names at that site. However the managers at that site are already part of a group for scheduling and if I could use that group as a response set in a the template it would be one less list of name I have to maintain. Other common lists of name for a response set are all active users, all users at a site
