Non conformities

Hi, I wonder how the rest of the community is managing internal audit non conformities when there is only the possibility to start an Action, There is no room for Root cause analysis. I have created a template for this but it is difficult to link it to a non complaint question in an inspection

Market Place

Id like to start this out by apologizing for my Grammar punctuation and spelling. Just an Old Roughneck  As I have been with I auditor / SC for years now I believe that SC made its bones by providing a user simple user-friendly way for companies to collect and share data. I have been a little disappointed that SC moved away from that model for the marketplace. I would have preferred to have seen something along the lines of the rest of the app.Instead of SC selling me safety glasses.I could place my branded products for my employees to purchase let’s say for this topic of discission Safety Glasses.Upon enrollment into a full seat employees would be issued 250 safety points a month automatically.I could upload the 3 styles of glasses I kept in my storage Pair one at 35 points pair two 100 points and so on.Employees could buy 2 pair the app give them a receipt and they pick up their Safety Supplies from the safety supply room.The app would deduct 75 points and leave the balance for futur

Logic in different pages

Hi, is it possible to have a logic field that is implemented in all the pages of the inspection?. We use inspections to conduct the quality check of flight simulator equipment. I want to avoid having to select what simulator type I have at the start of every page in an inspection, and would rather only have to select it one, as having to input several times the same logic for different pages is not efficient. Thank you

Ability to edit Status item names

I am not sure whether anyone else is working on an integration between Monday.com and safety Culture. We are in the process of doing this and have reached a roadblock in that Status names in Safety Culture are not able to be changed. Even though labels are, Monday.com will only be able to pull through from the Status items. I have logged a ‘feature request’ with Safety Culture but hope it is something we are able to achieve for a client who runs the bulk of their operation & business in Safety Culture and are now wanting to move all of their processes, including an integration between Safety Culture and Monday.com, to Monday.

Can you skip questions in Safety Culture?

I have a template with lots of questions. My first page is details about the inspection, however, after I have completed a few questions about the premises that I am at, if the customer was not at home I want to add some logic that skips all of the inspection questions and ends the inspection. By doing this I keep the evidence collected that I was at the premises address and would therefore only produce a short basic report rather than the full inspection report.Anyone know how to do this???Thanks.

Assigned training notifications

I assigned some training courses to various groups this morning. I was under the impression that the users would receive an email notification for the training but no one has received anything. Is no notification the case?

credentials

Is there a current way to add credentials for premium users whilst using the app? All can click the plus button but this gives you 5 options only. Being able to add and update your profile on the move would be great. Even better would be to update others in your team for admins etc or users with the ability to update training and other info for users within the Organisation from a smart device and tablet. Regards John

BILLING Edapps

Can anyone shed some light why the current Billing Process for Edapps side of SC is so poor an vague?It is basic. Doe not flow.It is really not what I would expect when building a platform for users to access and complete based on users - cost? Can someone at Edapps or SC involved with this reply in order that my query can be answered and improvement made that give customers the right information at the right time? Regards

Training?

I have been building Various training courses on SC and Edapps.However imo there is a slight glitch in that the training completed is not accessible in view only mode for personnel. Admin in SC is imo the highest tier of SC orf control and too many admins can create issues.So whether building templates or creating courses the Org MUST have protocols for access rights that fit and reduce the ability where required for example for people to build template / edit templates that is a given.The same applies to Training an building courses which imo in most cases need to be vetted by the org as this in most cases will be a validated learning event - hence certification. However there also in the Training Side of Sc needs to be an Access part that can enable certain personnel or groups to view the training completed by being able to access the training analytics and look at the plans, what courses have been completed and so on. As Org grow and more personnel/ employees / Contractors ae within

Is there a way to realize this?

Hi guys,I’m new here and I am wondering if this app can do what I need to do.So I have to inspect 103 ladders every month. The ladders should have a qr code that leads to the inspection. After the inspection, I need to create a report of the inspections.I got it to work so when I scan the qr code, it leads me to the inspection of that particular ladder, but the report is 3 sites. And there is my problem. Is there a way to combine all 103 reports to 1 report?Thanks for helping me out! Kind regardPookie1454 (Jan)

Translation

The ability to communicate better with SC for personnel and other contractor where we have varied languages.On our construction sites we have a vast array of personnel at varying levels of competence.Lots of them are from other regions in the world and their first language is not english. We cover BTs and Briefings as well as site inspections, heads ups, and Issues...but the gap is communication and understanding by the persons from the other backgrounds. As a KPI we want a way to get this across and also record this.We want to do this hopefully in SC when Contractor Management becomes an included part of the portal…When is this going to be looked at and is translation part of this?

Number of inspections

Within our business we instruct employees to conduct daily walk around inspections of the fleet vehicles they drive to ensure they are safe and road worthy - I can see the number of inspections is limited to 12 per year - is there a workaround where I could sign up say 10 employees to SC and they are able to conduct more than 12 inspections a year?

Assets

Is there a way to show assets when in the assets Tabs that are specific to the site with regards to the number of assets. There is a filter for Site and Type. This works well.But just want the number of assets that were on a site.The Tab totals at the top show total number of assets? Also as previously mentioned big difference between owned and hired, so if there was a better way of sorting and analysing this then it would streamline this variation. Any feedback appreciated?

Asset QR Code scan

With regards to Assets.In our industry Construction we have a 50/50 mix of owned versus hired.Generally the hired ones are normally more expensive and may be for higher risk activities or specialist equipment. With regards to QR Codes we apply to these assets. We can scan etc and then inspect, handover or add action and so on.Which is brilliant. However our supply chain is always that we are a sub-contractor working on a project site with other subbies and all under a main contractor (Principal Contractor - under CDM) What is the plan or is there a way to collaborate in the supply chain so that the PCs representatives can scan the item and without having SC app or similar a view only visual appears that basically shows the items and other non-sensitive information relating to it?   Also.At the moment there have been some issues with the SC QR Scanner not working? Can this be reviewed and a solution found?

Competency

We are currently wanting to embed competence into our system and wanted some solutions in SC. When is the next roll out relating to contractors, contractor management and the link with training.This relates to Skills, Experience and Knowledge. We are looking at trying to have a live feed within SC that supports this as part of our push for a competency matrix and demonstration of the Golden Thread.

In this community the tags / labels etc on threads are minimal and really need to be expanded so users can create them when posting or more of them are required?Anyone else see the tags / labels as poor in quantity?

Assets owned or hired?

Has anyone used this similar to Construction Sites where there are;Owned Assets Hired AssetsThere is a difference and when we add these to our system there needs to be a shift in what the asset does and its route and also for hired assets ability to remove from site / project so that the hired v owned work differently?

Ability to CC Managers(other parties) in Action

I’ve heard that there’s a workaround in the backend with APIs to create a type of carbon copy akin to emails for parties like managers that aren’t directly assigned tasks but need to see their statuses using Labels.It’s a shame that we have to waste our Labels feature on this basic missing feature.We currently use a program called OwlOps which has a CC function built into it allowing managers and other parties to see the status of tasks that impact their department but aren’t responsible for correcting them.Are there any ways to implement this CC function without interfering with the Labels feature?It’s an important feature that we will lose moving forward with Safety Culture.

Changes in limits for exporting inspections with media (pictures)?

I have 20 fulfillment centers. Or sites. I always had the ability to filter on a specific site on the inspections page and export the pictures within the inspections. Without any notice the functionality has changed and  limited to 25 insepctions  and it's an extremely long process to get that media. The exporter functionality does not allow to filter on a specific site to get the media from those inspections. And because you do not have the site name in the picture file name it's impossible to find amongst 20 other sites and thousands of pictures. Help! I'm trying to export it from the analytics page but I do not have the exact screens that's displayed in the tutorial.

Does anyone know if we can:Get a list of all open actions (what they are) Determine the amount of time taken to complete an actionDoes anyone know if there is a way to filter by label, similar to how you can with Issues and “categories”?

Recurring actions

Hello Everyone -    I’ve got a few hundred assets with recurring actions linked (a simplified preventive maintenance program). In the last few months I’ve noticed the recurring actions will generate multiple times for the same asset/task/due date. Anyone else seeing this/have a solution? Thank you!Liz Lynch

Management Dashboard

Hi all,First post here, so forgive me if I’ve missed something.I’m sure many of you, like me, require to track numerous types of inspections across numerous teams with varying timescales from daily, weekly up to annually. I’m struggling to find a management dashboard / overview with what’s upcoming, what's overdue, who’s late, who’s on time etc etc etc.Can you provide some guidance on how to achieve this from both a top down and departmental point of view?Thank you in advance,Steuart
