I would like to know if I could integrate the photos from one inspection of the same location with one that I've already started because I downloaded it and I have the pictures something happened in my app that I have to start over can't I integrate the report I already had with what I'm doing now so that I wouldn't have to start over

That’s a great question, though it’s not something we currently support. However, this use case sounds quite similar to the following idea, where ideally you can reuse media files that have been uploaded in other places already:
