Hi Adam, Apologies for the inconvenience. We're exploring a more robust solution for exporting media files, which may require some time to implement. In the meantime, feel free to continue using the legacy CSV with media option.

Hi @Staples1 , There is no change to the export limit from our side. Just wanted to give you a heads up, though – we're planning to phasing out this legacy export feature soon.

Inspection Results - Mantissa/Rounding

Hi Stuart, could you please help us to understand the how rounding down the score would help you and your team?Also, we are implementing showing the actual score/ max score along with score percentage in the reports to be consistent with inspection editor experience. For ex: 20 / 66 (30.3%)This would be released soon. Do you think that would fit your needs better?

Hi @ChrisV , thanks for your feedback.We had look at what we can do for ordering the actions in the PDF/Word reports.Currently, the actions are grouped based on the questions. When there is multiple actions for a question, we are not ordering them based on their priority.For ex:Question 1action1 (medium) action2 (high) action3 (low)Question 2action 4 (medium)Here is what we are planning to do in next weekWe will order the actions linked for a question based on their priority while keeping the grouping based on the questionFor ex:Question 1action2 (high) action1 (medium) action3 (low)Question 2action 4 (medium)Does this help you and your team?

Report Layout - Cover Page OptionsNew

Thanks Matt for the feedback!The cover page feature is pretty new and we have implemented basic functionality for now. We want to hear from customers what is vaulable for them before we enhance the functionality. So, we are glad to hear this feedback and open for more suggestions like this from our customers.Just to confirm, there are two functionalities that you’d like to see with report layout cover page:Ability to clone an existing report layout easily Ability to set cover pages based on the template that’s applied on or based on a response (site) in the inspectionAre the above correct?
