We have been a member of Safety Culture for over 8 Years.

Our company uses Iauditor for all compliance and safety reporting. We complete aprox 200 reports in a month. The new feature of having a secondary application to download media files is completely irrational and inefficient.

We used to be able to select a report and export the csv and media. It was that easy. This media is then used to upload onto our customers portals. 

Now we need to use a seperate app. highlight the field's and day, export all the data from that day, then sort through all the audits of that day to determine which report this has come from. This adds alot of time to the process and is completely inefficient.

This is putting tremendous strain on our internal admin systems.

If this is not rectified back to what it was we will be seeking an alternate company who can provide this feature.
