I would like to have a full picture of how an ISSUE has been followed. But when i create an ACTIONS to solve the ISSUE. After completed the ACTIONS, i would like to generate a report for the ISSUE, the ISSUE report doesn’t show any information for the ACTIONS has been followed. And the only way is i have to click on the link on the Web and APP to have a look. Also the ACTION can not be downloaded. I think it will be good to include the ACTION detail for the corresponding ISSUE report.
