We have over 60 colleagues completing training courses based on their role so there are six different courses. I check each day on progress and download any new certificates so they can go into credentials. Getting the certificates is a little fiddly as I have to either go into the user profile then select training or, go to the learner group the user is in via certificates awarded then select which ones I want. It would be great if you could just select the certificates you wanted from course completion by user in analytics.

Assigned training notifications

I assigned some training courses to various groups this morning. I was under the impression that the users would receive an email notification for the training but no one has received anything. Is no notification the case?

Credentials - Bulk download of certificatesNew

I recently starting using the bulk upload feature for credentials and once I had worked out an issue with the date formatting (with support from SC), I found it a really useful and time saving tool.Moving on, quite often we have a need to download several certificates of competency at a time. For example, a client asks for proof that operatives that will be attending a site hold asbestos awareness training. At the moment, we have to download each individually so it would be great if you could work on a feature to allow several to be downloaded at once.I am aware that an update will allow users to show their credentials on site which will be of benefit, but I am talking about pre site mobilisation.

Expiring credentialsNew

While I realise the holder of a credential can enable notifications when a credential is expiring soon, it would be good if administrators could also get notifications for the same. It would save having to manual go into the list of credentials and selecting those that show expiring soon.

Version control within inspectionsNew

Hi,we utilise a survey template which sees multiple users entering details into the template when completing various stages of site surveys. We would like to record the version number within the inspection and the name of the user that updated the inspection each time an update is made and keep the version history visible. Does anyone have an idea of how we could achieve this?

Assets and CurrencyNew

Hi. It would be great for assets with a currency value, if a specific currency could be locked in. This would save a little time having to pull the currency needed from the drop down.

Assigning TrainingDuplicate

I have found a need to be able to assign training to an individual user. For context, we have developed annual refresher training which falls on the anniversary a colleague comes into the business.As only groups can be assigned in training, I have to add the user into a group temporarily so I can assign the training.It would be good to be able to assign individuals.

Permits to work

We operate a permitting system via SC for high risk work. The templates are shared externally with our contractors. When they are about to undertake a high risk task, they complete a check list, add photos and hit a submit option. This in turn triggers an instant notification to us that a permit has been submitted. We review the submission and approve or ask for more information. On approval, the submitting person is notified. When the work is complete, they go back to the inspection and complete the clearance.The system works extremely well. Yesterday, we received a clearance for a permit to dig. On review, we noted the excavation was open, chapter 8 barriers were around it and there was a severe weather warning in place. The RAMS submitted for the work followed best practice by stating excavations would be back filled or covered when left unattended. The site operatives were contacted and asked to return to site and make safe followed by adding photo evidence into the permit. It is a

How do I get the QR code for a training course?

I believe I saw the QR code option for module in training when I was assigning it to a group. Does anyone know how I can go back in and find the QR code?

Notifications from externally shared templates.

We run a permit to work system with our sub-contractors utilising SafetyCulture. We share the templates externally and they complete the permits when required. When they have completed the permits they click an acknowledgement which gives us an instant notification via text and email. This was extremely effective until yesterday when the notifications stopped coming through. If one of our internal users completes a permit, the notifications come through, it is just those shared outside of our company platform.Support is working on it but thought it worth mentioning in case anyone else uses notifications with externally shared templates. If so, you may want to check you do not have the same issue.

It would be great if we could assign an issue to a group. Maintenance needs and asset failures are submitted via issues. The PMO oversee issues related to our assets but as it stands, only one member of the PMO can be assigned.

Managing external contractor (user) access to templates at scaleDiscussion ongoing

Hi,We operate a permitting system for our sub-contractors. It works extremely well. The only trouble is the increasing list of external users for the templates as they are listed individually. Is there any way to group the external users into a group?
