Certificates for completed training

You should be able to download completion certificates in two ways:

1. Certificate settings page

Assuming you have the required permission, you can go to the certificates settings page and see under the “Awarded” tab to see the certificates for each course. You’ll be able to download the certificate awarded to each user.

Web app > Training > Manager > Settings (settings icon on the upper-right) > Certificates > Awarded

2. User profiles

Assuming you have the required permission, you can go into each user’s profile to download their completion certificates. In each user’s profile, there should be a “Training” tab, where you can click into each to view and download certificates.

This is a great question though! And it’s definitely a knowledge gap in our Help Center, so we’ll look to creating an article to cover this topic in the future!
