Yes, this is a big problem for us. I’m reviewing an inspection report now. I know there is an action under a different template for the same site, but I can’t link it. A change is required here.

Another thing for ‘History’ in an audit, is to be able to review and use a previous response and/or note. At present there is only the ability to assign an open action and review history, which generates a report. The ability for use a previous response and/or note would be handy, for example:We have selected yes for a question and uploaded media; a PDF attachment. If we could easily reselect it that would be great. In the meantime, we have to wait until we upload it again via the computer. This is a pain and a delay. Other times we have questions which require some investigation. If we can see a previous response, it would save time in the field.

This is a necessity. In the example above, the Section Heading is focused on Terrace numbering, not the specific, easily recognizable name. At present you would need to have the first question being: What is the Terrace Name for example. This is not easy for the user, not is in the headlight for the Client when they are readying a Safety Culture report.

This is doing my head in. Every page has different photos. If I have two photos for each question, and I want to reference one of the photos, I can’t say Photo 1, because photo 1 refers to the first photo in the report and in the media section. I have to PDF the report, then go back and look at each photo number and make corrections. If I then decide to delete a photo, I have to change all the numbers. This is my biggest waste of time using Safety Culture!!!

Why is Media Summary heading on the start of a new page, but the File Summary heading is thrown onto the earlier page, disjointed from the file hyperlinks?And I do not wish to have Safety Culture Pages start on new pages when a report is printed/PDF’d.

Two more things about the iPad and Safety Culture. Where are the archives? I had to find a computer to restore and archive inspection. And it is difficult to paste a question after it or a group of question are copied.

As per above, having a logic to show different/certain pages, it would also be useful to also have the ability to show different sections within different/certain pages, to provide greater flexibility.

Not having an option to rearrange photos and link text to a photo number e.g. Photo 1, is painful! If I have 5 photos in a question, how am I meant to describe each photo?You can’t tell what the photo number is without PDF’ing the report, then going back into edit the report and physically adding photos numbers next to text?

As I went to edit a template, I just gave up and am going to have to go back to using Excel and have the auditor switch between programs. Below is a single task for measuring the water flow (output) of an irrigation system. To capture this data I need to ask 41 questions.We would love to have the ability to be able to capture this data in Safety Culture.

Any updates or feedback on this request at @Hojae Jung?Today I visited a work site and took 35 photos which are uploaded as media files over several pages, sections and questions. For one question I had 5 photos which were taken to highlight several issues pertinent to the question. I then asked a colleague in the office to review the report and add a photo number reference to each comment where multiple photos were taken e.g. there is a crack in the concrete (Photo 10) which has caused issues to the footing and electrical conduit (Photo 11) [showing the damage]. The numbering has to match the numbering automatically provided within the media summary.A big problem is when you delete a photo e.g. Photo 5 or update a photo, all the numbering if then out of sync. The numbering or rearranging of photos, then becomes a timely exercise, which is also fraught with human error.

Hi @esusatyo,Please see below which is the same saved report but viewing it from the iPhone (left) and PC (right). The user on the phone can see some “red flags” with two previous flagged items. The user reviewing or even entering content on the PC (I’m unsure how it looks on the iPad) doesn’t see the 2 previous flagged items. Numbered closed actions for a question on a site, similar to the above left open actions would be handy. This would allow you to easily view complete items, or even restore/reopen complete items because they are a problem (to do) once again.

And, as I create an action now for a site, I am needing to find the email of the Superintendent relating to the project and have to add them through “give external access”, this is a nuisance. We could have a set list of people and email addresses to choose from relating to a project.Is there a way to also automatically deselect your name as an assignee. There are so many times I forget to deselect my name or my name is hidden when I need to press” give external access”. My computer then tries to autofill an email address, and it gets messy.

I’ll provide an example:Question: We have a question relating to a construction site and the installation of rumble grid. The question sits under a Section titled ‘Environmental Management Plan’. The question is, has a rumble grid or grid been installed?Problem: On some projects a rumble grid is not required. The auditor or auditors see the question, they may or may not know it is not required. If they choose the option to say the rumble grid is not installed, we then need to review this and make the necessary changes. Alternatively, it may be required, and the rumble grid has not yet been installed, and the auditor or auditors think it must not be required and do not report it, when in fact it needs to be installed, it just hasn’t been done yet.By having ‘Projects’, which would sit under ‘Sites’ we can then have the ability to edit templates to suit the site and project. If you wanted to exclude the question about a rumble grid, for example, you can. This has the ability to avoid much

To remove media hyperlinks from the media summaryNew

For a short video, the content in a report can easily be missed. Two examples are provided below:Where the hyperlink is placed into the report. Most people do not see this is realize it is a hyperlink. It would be nice to display the link to clearly notify readers of the report that it is a video link. Possibly a thumbnail image, like you see on you tube, with a play button, would display better for videos being saved during inspections. This is the final page of a report. It has one lonely hyperlink on it. Most people scroll down, seeing lots of images, and just think it is a blank page. Whether another heading, like Media Attachments is used, like you have for Media Summary, for attachments/hyperlinks. This would help. Or once again for videos, have a thumbnail image with a play symbol would clearly identify that a video is present. Also, if you could have the option to exclude hyperlinks from the media summary. I’d be happy if it was just a note. That way the name can be verified and the correct site name entered. At times staff use abbreviations, which would get messy, and to make sure it is listed as a site, not a region or other by mistake too.

I really like this idea. It would save us heaps of time where we need to collect a number of figures or subsamples for a question e.g. How much water was collected in container 1A, 1B, 1C etc. This is a pain entering them as individual questions, let alone how it looks in the report.

The multiple choice questions are fine and would be easy for staff to follow after appropriate training and practice. It’s the text answers I would like to fine tune and for my staff to see how the multiple values, units and/or sentence is structured for particular questions. These can be small things; However, I would like to have consistency in our reporting and spend extra time in making unnecessary changes.

This is a good idea. I would like the opportunity for an answered question to then show a relevant page and/or section, or for it not to be seen if it is irrelevant. It would then save the operator moving between pages that may be irrelevant at different stages during an inspection.
