I want to show a unique street address on the title page of an inspection. Any tips or suggestions please?

You can do this by adding a label and then when you go to the report editing what is shown in the report title.
In your case the address.
I use this process for quality based on a site, building project, area of build, type of process, date etc.
All these then appear in the title for the inspection.
