Visualise compliance and performance trends in real time

In this release, you can now:

View compliance and performance trends over time with timeline table charts in Analytics dashboards.

What you’ll love about this new functionality

You can now visualise performance over days, weeks, months, or years across users, groups, sites, and assets all in a single table. Set targets for compliance or performance goals and use visual cues like ticks and crosses to spot gaps and required actions at a glance. This enhancement makes it easier to see what needs attention and take immediate action.

Key Benefits:

  • Get a real-time view of KPI and compliance performance. Instantly see where teams, sites, and assets stand without digging through reports.
  • Catch issues as they happen. Spot missed inspections, non-compliance, and other flagged items before they escalate.
  • Reduce reporting time. Share dashboards or export tables to use in your reports, saving hours of manual work on spreadsheets and presentations.

How to get started with the new release

Timeline table charts are now available for Premium and Enterprise customers via the chart builder for existing and new dashboards. To learn more about Analytics chart types, read our support article here.

The timeline table with the ability to display zero value items is great!  One thing that is missing is a row (preferably at the top under the header row) with totals of each column.  While we can see totals of each row, it is also extremely important to see total for each date period.
