I’m Serena and I’m a Product Designer looking into Contractor Management at SafetyCulture. We’ve heard lots of feedback about the need to pre-qualify the companies/contractors you are about to work with, and having a place to store details and documentation about those companies.
A couple questions I had:
- How do you go about requesting documents from companies and defining the required documentation?
- What specific fields or details would you like to document for each company? Are there differences in the information needed based on the type of contractor company?
- How do you currently track the expiration status of documents across the various companies you work with?
- Regarding access/visibility, who within your organisation is allowed to view the list of companies you engage with? Is it open to everyone or restricted to certain individuals?
