Want to start discussion relating to the new addition to safety culture which at the moment is basic.
I want to assist and feedback in order that it assists both organisation wanting contractors and areas where contractors need to prove competence.
Currently IMO it is basic and needs to expand so that is easier to bulk add information and build competence and not just valid certs with dates.
