Legacy Analytics to New Analytics - Item Scores Data

Has anyone found in the new analytics where we can pull the same data that is under the item scores in the legacy analytics?

For some of our audits we report on the whole section results and not the individual questions within the sections and I have not been able to find where I can obtain this same information under the new analytics.

Would be grateful for any assistance noting that I have sent the SafetyCulture team some feedback re this as well but thought that this group might be able to lead me in the right direction, thanks.

Hey Brooke,

I’m from the Analytics at SafetyCulture, so I can offer some context here :)

At the moment, it isn’t possible to report on items (questions), their sections and pages in New Analytics, in the same way that’s possible with the Item Scores tab in Legacy Analytics.

However, we’re very well aware of this limitation, and the team is working to bridge this gap - directly in New Analytics. When we introduce the “Page / Section / Question” attribute in New Analytics, you’ll be able to do exactly (and probably more) the same thing as the Item Scores tab in Legacy 🙌

While the feature is still in development (we’re looking at the next 3-4 months to make it generally available), I can leave you with some mock-ups for inspiration. Feel free to DM me if you had any additional questions, and I’ll be more than happy to assist you 😊

Thanks Manan - is there anyway that we can keep our legacy analytics until this function is available in new analytics?

I have found amongst the information about switching that I can contact the Support Team to request this, which I have now done - thanks again Manan for the information
