Generate an Action Item Report

At the moment, we don't offer the option to generate an Action as a PDF. Currently, the only export formats available are CSV and Excel.

To better understand your needs, could you share what you're hoping to achieve with the PDF report? Are there specific formats or customization options you’d like, such as the layout or fields to include?

The PDF report would be distributed to those without any access to SafetyCulture for whom guest access is not an option. It would serve as a physical checklist of actions.

Ideally, the pdf report would display the Action title, assignee, label, and status. Similar to how actions appear currently in list form on the Actions screen.
