Allow Late InspecitonsNew

for the allow late inspections check box it would be nice to be able to control the date and say how many days late is valid in some case 14 days it too much and in some cases 14 is not enough, since the app sort by due date lengthening the due date just leave the inspection at the bottom of their queue for longer

It would be nice to see the old Credentials i.e. some type of history. we need to able to see the date they were first certified and download the old certificates

Training Schedule

all of our training is currently in templates so we can schedule it once (or twice) a year we’d love to separate training templates and inspection templates by moving the training templates to the training module, but we need to be able to delay the assignment i.e. you have to take this course in 3 months and automatically repeat the assignment i.e. you have to re-certify once per year. it would also be great to group course into a certificate so we can assign 10 course all at once

When I set up the access for a template allow me to bulk copy that access profile to i.e. when I click the 3 dots have a copy to other templates and then I can pick as many as I want I should have the options to replace or add

I have a user who manages certificates but should not be allowed to manage users. Is it possible to put credentials in it own permission level or group? also a view only would be nice

Link two inspections / templates (incident report and incident investigation)New

When and employee fills in an incident report i.e. fell on the forklift and hurt my wrist. the manager then needs to do an incident investigation maybe he finds we need a new safety handle or maybe the employee need a reprimand or more training. right now we map and track this manually externally that every incident has an investigation, sometime we will ask two or more employee to fill in an incident report. other examples are a template that checks general cleanliness and notes that one of the bins is not clean currently they create an action but many time the person who completes the action just put in note in the action to say bin is clean because they don’t remember that they should complete the bin cleaning template

Lock asset question response when started from inspection schedulesNew

I have a form for magnet inspections we have 9 magnets all with varying scheduling requirements. if I pick an assets in the schedule the asset question in the form should be lock so the user can’t select the select a different asset from the schedule. if the user picks a different asset they the scheduled inspection for that asset should not be marked as complete.if your reading this DO NO USE asset for your any critical control points there is not way to guarantee that the scheduled asset is the one that is inspected.

Head up - Finished IncompleteNew

a way to mark a head up as “finished/closed” but not fully acknowledged, this happens when an employee leaves and did not acknowledge the heads up before leaving. I don’t want to acknowledge on the user’s behalf I want to record that acknowledgment is no longer possible, so the head up is “finished/closed”

New Fields in Safety Culture Exporter - Actions Tables

I use the safety culture exporter (described here https://help.safetyculture.com/en-US/000070/) and I love it. Just wondering if for actions you would include the label, asset and ID. here are the current fields that the exporter pulls (perhaps the audit_item_label could provide the label to this data but I can’t see how to link it )

Fill in for defaults when creating an action from a template / inspectionNew

when am employee get to an item that requires an action they always miss something or do something wrong the most popular on is assigning it to them selves. it would be nice if the create action feature allow you to say the action when created should be assigned to ___________ and should be due ______ days from now

Inspection ScoringNew

An easer way to know what question was wrong when look at an inspection I can tell which section I know I can color code it so I can know but we are trying to hid it from the person who is doing the test i..e you can’s just answer all green and we are trying to save flagged item for more important items then a wrong answer on a quiz so I can see the section but I have review each response in the section to know which one was wrong perhaps some people might not want there employees to see the right answers (this is not us) but if so maybe an option to show line by line score to only those with edit access

Reschedule and or notify if not a certain %New

For scored inspections create a optional function to reschedule them if the percentage is bellow above a required mark.we use template / inspections to test knowledge of a process or cleanliness of a sessionit would inherit the same assignees from the originals schedule i.e. one of or all off the original schedule notes in the case of all of it would be only the person who didn’t meet the requirement. if would inherit the same time frame i.e.. of the original schedule allowed for 25 days to complete and late submissionsI’d like to specify the delay before it’s rescheduled i.e. if the room was messing they need 3 dyas to clean it before we inspect again
