Site column on inspection list + filter by levels above siteNew

I find this hard to believe it is not there already.For the ability to add the site name to the inspection title format in the reporting; This is because. I have a template linked to a scheduled inspection. It lists the site name in the scheduled inspection. But when a report it completed, there is no way I can search for the site name? I can only view the site name by clicking view report. I know I can add a question to add the site name, but this is doubling up and it’s not needed. I would like to have a site column option in the inspections page; and When filtering, in the inspections page, to be able to filter by areas, to show all site inspections for the area.

Inspection photo improvements (link, rearrange, reorder, index)Discussion ongoing

I would like to see the following additions relating to photos within the Safety Culture auditing:To link a photo to a text answer or note e.g. we often take multiple photos for a question and provide specific details in the text answer or supplementary notes. However, it is difficult to highlight which photo you are referring to in the comments. It would be nice to be able to link a photo (e.g. Photo 3) to a comment. As present we need to wait until the report is completed, go back to the office, view the report and check the photo numbering to then go back to edit the report and update the numbering next to our comments. This is painful and does not allow us to finalise our reports and send them to our Clients while on site. To be able to rearrange photos e.g. sometimes I need to edit a photo or upload a replacement. It then moves the photo to the end. This is a pain when they are taken in sequential order. To be able to drag a photo to another answer or move it within a report. Ofte

Scheduled InspectionsNew

To add the following:The ability to schedule inspection every x number of years. Not just weeks and months. Or ad hoc e.g. when you win a repeat contract. To be able to download a schedule list in Excel format. To be able to sort a schedule e.g. A to Z on Titles or Sites. To be able to change schedules to idle, if not being used, and then turn them to active, when requried.

To add access to the (this) idea page in the mobile phone app, under the more tab. It is not easy to find this community section to provide feedback.

Section headings to not be on a previous pageNew

For the reporting layout to ensure each section heading is on the same page as the subsequent question. Often, we have section headings by themselves, and the question is on the following page. This looks untidy and out of alignment.

Map of scheduled inspectionsNew

To have the ability to map the sites of scheduled inspection. This is to help auditors identify where to go next when undertaking a series of inspections in an area e.g. Council boundary.To achieve the above, we are currently creating new maps, using icons, in Google Maps. The icon, which contains site details, and maps, is green. Once we complete an audit, we then change the Google map icon to red.It would be nice to have this in one location.

Minimizing a sectionDuplicate

On some pages we have many sections. When I am conducting an audit, I have minimized sections on a page, if I go to another page or go out of the app to take a photo and back into it, all of my closed sections have expanded. Is there a way to keep them automatically minimized while during an inspection?

Using answers and media (e.g. hyperlink reports) from earlier reportsNew

It would be great to retain applicable answers and media from previous reports. Maybe, similar to an outstanding action button.For example, we have a question Does the site have an Erosion Sediment Control Plan? The list of answers includes ‘Yes’, ‘Yes, refer to media’ and ‘No’. When Yes, refer to media is chosen, we then need to upload a PDF file from the computer.Let's say we visit this site 20 times, we need to undertake the above process each time. It is a pain to say the least.

I see the ‘inspection history’ as an important training tool. Is there a way to choose what history you see?For example, to see content from the original auditor and that as the final inspection report (after review). This would provide the auditor with the ability to review, compare and improve on capturing the required details required.

To have the ability to add a favorite list of people (names and email) to an external assignee list, compared to having to add email addresses each time an action is created for an external party.

Ability to create flagged items in inspectionsNew

Similar to the “+ Create Action” button within an audit, is it possible to add a “+ Create Flagged Item” button to use during an audit?When working in the field, we often see things we want to flag as it may not have been asked or directly specific to the question, just relative to the subject. We do not wish to create an action. This is so the end user is aware of the problem, similar to the other flagged items that would show up in their report.

Report Layout - Cover Page OptionsNew

We like the cover page option for a report layout. But if we wish to use multiple cover pages (for different projects) it’s a pain to have to add new report layouts, let alone not be able to duplicate a report. You need to alter all the content to match what would be your preferred/default layout.Can we have the option to just add a different cover page, or add a different cover page for a site. The last option would be to be able to duplicate a layout, so you can rename it and change the cover page.

I like that a Section Heading is purple and “distinct”. What I don’t like is that multi-choice answer boxes are also purple (image provided). This dilutes the heading and confuses the operator when completing questions that include logics and supplementary drop down questions. It would be nice to be able to choose the colours.

To be able to switch out our business logo and interchange it with a client’s logo at the top of the Title page. I think this would be handy as we have the cover page already and would like to have the ability to add a client’s logo when desired.

Improve view inspection history featureNew

Is there a way to improve or filter the View History layout?At present one question is spilt over several boxes when edits are made or photos are uploaded. It would be nice to have the original entry on the left of the screen and the current on the right, then the ability to scroll down and see earlier versions.I would also see this being handy for training and also highlighting improvements by managers on the way questions are answered or what format may be expected.The current View History is clunky and difficult to follow or see where changes have been made.

In the media summary to have the option to automatically add the date and time the photo was taken e.g. instead of Photo 1, you could have a checkbox ticked to be Photo 1 taken 6/11/2023 3:37 PM for example.And the date time stamp within Safety Culture only works when a photo is taken in Safety Culture. This is a problem, as we prefer to take high resolution images using the iPhone Camera app and upload them to Safety Culture. This is a pain, but we require the high res photos to be saved elsewhere in project folders and for other reporting.

In the inspection title format, can we have the ability to add new or generic text to the title name?At present, we can only add an item which is a question. However, if we want to add the template name for example, I don’t want to have this as a question.

Logic field support for media response typeNew

I was updating a template just now and I was surprised not to see a logic for a media (e.g. photo) response type. I wanted to add a ask question trigger if media was added.

Improvements to viewing actions and flagged items in inspectionsNew

Why can’t we see ‘Flagged Items’ online when reviewing an inspection, but I can see them on my mobile? On my mobile, I can see Open Actions and a number. It would be good to see Closed Actions and a number too. To give you an example where this would help:We raised an Action as a Contractor has not installed a required sign. The Contractor then marked the action as complete. When going to the site again, we flagged the same issue. There is no option to change a Closed Action to Open or Incomplete on your phone and even clicking a flagged item would be far more beneficial if it provided a summary like an Open Action, and not just linking you to a previous report in its entirety. As I review a second site inspection report online (for the same site), I do not see any reference to Flagged Items or previous Closed Actions. I can’t even see that a previous Action has been raised (if it has been marked as Completed).

To remove media hyperlinks from the media summaryNew

Can we please have the ability to remove media hyperlinks e.g. for PDF’s, other attachments and videos from the media summary. The links sit on the final page, are difficult to see/know they are there.Even the media links within the reports e.g. hyperlinks to videos, are difficult to see and can be easily missed.
