Similar to the “+ Create Action” button within an audit, is it possible to add a “+ Create Flagged Item” button to use during an audit?
When working in the field, we often see things we want to flag as it may not have been asked or directly specific to the question, just relative to the subject. We do not wish to create an action. This is so the end user is aware of the problem, similar to the other flagged items that would show up in their report.
+6For templates that this is necessary, I create a section asking if they have more flagged items. “Yes” is set as a flagged response. If they answer “yes” then a repeat section appears allowing them to add each additional item of concern.
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for!
Possibility to flag the item if for example the answer does not fall in a specific number range!
