We like the cover page option for a report layout. But if we wish to use multiple cover pages (for different projects) it’s a pain to have to add new report layouts, let alone not be able to duplicate a report. You need to alter all the content to match what would be your preferred/default layout.

Can we have the option to just add a different cover page, or add a different cover page for a site. The last option would be to be able to duplicate a layout, so you can rename it and change the cover page.

Thanks Matt for the feedback!

The cover page feature is pretty new and we have implemented basic functionality for now. We want to hear from customers what is vaulable for them before we enhance the functionality. So, we are glad to hear this feedback and open for more suggestions like this from our customers.

Just to confirm, there are two functionalities that you’d like to see with report layout cover page:

  1. Ability to clone an existing report layout easily
  2. Ability to set cover pages based on the template that’s applied on or based on a response (site) in the inspection

Are the above correct?

Correct on the two points above thanks @Divya Konnur

Why is Media Summary heading on the start of a new page, but the File Summary heading is thrown onto the earlier page, disjointed from the file hyperlinks?

And I do not wish to have Safety Culture Pages start on new pages when a report is printed/PDF’d.
