This should be marked as a “Planned Feature” by now!?I am getting to the point where my loyalty to this platform is being tested. If SafetyCulture have the ambition to take on the EHS software market then this is a core feature. For the price we pay on the annual subscription, tell me why I shouldn’t move to a solution that has all of the modules a modern H&S practitioner needs for the same price? Even harder when subscription cost has risen considerably this year and it seems it’s not being invested in the right places. What keeps me on this platform is the ease of use and the user experience. So please, stop focusing on Training and Credentials and give the community what we really want:Use an Asset anywhere in an Inspection Add a ‘People’ question type that allows the User List to be used in an Inspection for trend analysis and reduction of Admin time Add the much-needed “Incident module” - Workflows for assigning sections of an investigation and sign off, locked to the assignee

Document registerDuplicate

It would be great if I could load all of our corporate documents onto the Document Register, and then as part of a template have the ability to select the document from the library and link it. For example, we use SafetyCultre to investigate accidents, and it would be fab to pull any relevant Risk Assessments into that investigation. A great addition to this would be to suggest edits be made to the documents.

Hi @Corey I hope you don’t mind me adding my 2 cents.I would think ‘Observations’ is also not the correct term, as it can be confused with Checklists, Inspections, Audits - maybe “Events” is a better suited name as this covers both Positive and Negative situations.Until we can break out Incidents from Inspections (I believe this is in the roadmap), I feel people will always struggle with whatever name Issues becomes. The bigger problem for me, is that we use Issues primarily over inspections, and then link the Inspection to the Issue. What would be better would be a hard rule that a certain Issue Type can have the mandatory requirement for a certain Inspection Template that must be linked. We should be able to prevent an Inspection from being created from Templates screen, if we require this to be reported as an Issue in the first instance, however, this is not possible as the access settings are not powerful enough to do this. We often have users start an “investigation” from Template

Sync unique IDs into inspectionsNew

Hi @Paddy Bell, Document Numbering is great, but the author can edit it - if this were selectable to non-editable for the person filling it in, that would work for us. That said, just like issues and actions, a unique id would also be good as an extra level of searching.
