Just like the Asset question type that was introduced recently, can a question field be added that will pull a list of names from users within the organisation? Currently we can only use free text for people’s names in Inspections, which means we cannot run any sort of analysis or trends against individuals.
Use Case 1:
We use SafetyCulture to perform our Accident Investigation Reports, and within we have a section for people involved, so we could see how often John Smith is involved in an event, or how often Jimmy Jones was the person causing an event etc We have a repeating section where the user can add a Person, with the first question being their name. If the question could be a dropdown of all system users, that would reduce errors in manual free text entries.
Use Case 2:
We inspect our field teams on Health & Safety standards, and would always look to include the team member’s names, so we could analyse the score of that team over time. Considering we provide all of our employees with a SC account, this would be fantastic.
