Badioli Francesco

Greetings!

We have been using SafetyCulture App to conduct quality inspections on our products and so far it works great,

We are currently struggling with aknowledging how much Storage space of the ones included in the plan we are currently using, since we need this information to set up a rolling Space clearing schedule for managing long retention of high quality images, we were wondering if anyone else of the community had the same issue, and how  eventually this lack of information got resolved.

@Badioli Francesco

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience with SafetyCulture! We're thrilled to hear that the app has been working well for your quality inspections.

Regarding storage usage visibility, I completely understand how important it is to have an easy way to track usage, especially when managing high-quality images and planning a rolling space-clearing schedule.
Right now, storage limits are displayed on our pricing page, but we haven’t yet enforced them within the platform. That said, we recognise that having better visibility into your usage would make storage management much easier, we are working towards this reality.

While we don’t have in-app storage tracking available today, our support team can provide you with your current usage upon request, or feel free to email me directly and I can help as I can see several accounts which match your name - James.bell@safetyculture.io.

I also want to assure you that we are actively considering how we can improve this experience in the future, and your feedback is incredibly valuable as we shape our roadmap.

In the meantime, I’d love to understand more about how you’re managing storage today and any workflows you have in place. If you have any specific needs or ideas, feel free to share—we’re always looking to improve!

Thanks again for being part of the SafetyCulture community
