Hello everyone!

I’m having difficulty setting up templates to get the data I need on the analytics dashboard…  We mainly use for site audits for our different locations/offices/departments.  I need to be able to get average score of the site safety audits of the various contractors we use on different projects.  We are trying to build a safety scorecard and would like a large part of it to come from the analytics section via the site audits that are done.  Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Ok. I think I understand.

So what you need is to be able to filter by a specific Question “What is name of subcontractor/trade partner”, to create Charts for each subcontractor to monitor their perfomance?

We don’t have this functionality available as of yet, BUT we’re currently building It and It should be available very soon. Watch out for the Question and Response filter feature.

A workaround is making the subcontractors assets is also an option as you’d be able to filter by those.

Hope this helps!

The best way i have found is to create and track assets, For instance i would create an asset for each contracted company you have working for you, from there just organize your analytics accordingly

Hi Trav,

Happy to see you are exploring analytics. What exactly are you trying to track? Specific questions in the template?
You can track the average score of specific site by choosing average score as the metric and site as the attribute when creating a chart (see screenshot). You can even add more attributes to monitor owners. As Jkal suggested having the contractors set up as asset could also be helpful.

Let me know if this helps.

what I am trying to track is the average site audit score per subcontractor and it show in my analytics dashboard.  We are working on building a safety scorecard for each sub.   I’m using the same template for each site audit and having the job site superintendents input the name of the sub when they are doing a site safety audit.  template is called “nationals site safety audit” and on the title page, first question is “name of subcontractor/trade partner”
