I’ve heard that there’s a workaround in the backend with APIs to create a type of carbon copy akin to emails for parties like managers that aren’t directly assigned tasks but need to see their statuses using Labels.
It’s a shame that we have to waste our Labels feature on this basic missing feature.
We currently use a program called OwlOps which has a CC function built into it allowing managers and other parties to see the status of tasks that impact their department but aren’t responsible for correcting them.
Are there any ways to implement this CC function without interfering with the Labels feature?
It’s an important feature that we will lose moving forward with Safety Culture.
