In this release, you can now:

  • Edit credential versions directly to update issue dates, expiration dates, and media files (images or PDF files).
  • Track any changes to a credential via the ‘Activity’ tab.

What you’ll love about this new functionality

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date credentials for your team is crucial for ensuring workforce readiness. Errors in documentation or outdated credentials can lead to regulatory issues and hinder your team's operational efficiency. To address these challenges, we've enhanced the Credentials feature on SafetyCulture, enabling you to store and manage all your team’s credentials in one place and edit them as needed.

Key benefits:

Edit key credential details: Mistakes happen, and requirements change. Now, you can edit the issue and expiration dates and update media files for any credential version. This means corrections and updates no longer require you to start from scratch, saving time and effort.

Credential activity tracking: Access a comprehensive log of all changes made to each credential version. With a clear and auditable trail of modifications, you can maintain a detailed record for compliance purposes.
