Streamline collaboration and quality control with this new feature - Course Comments.

 

What’s new?

  • Review, comment, resolve: Annotate and leave comments directly on training course slides and ensure all feedback is addressed before the course goes live.
  • Collaborate efficiently: Multiple reviewers can provide and reply to feedback simultaneously, within the course builder.
  • Reduce back-and-forth: Centralise comments in the course builder for easy tracking and implementation.

Note:

  • This feature is only available on Premium or Enterprise plans
  • Users with the Training ‘course create’ permission will be able to access this feature
  • Internal collaboration only, for sharing courses for review with external users try the course public preview link

 

How to use it:

  1. Select/Edit a Course: Open a course on the web app and click on a lesson slide you want to comment on.
  2. Post Comments: On the right-hand side panel, click 'Comments', add your comment in the textbox, and click ‘Post’.
  3. Tag Users: You can tag users by typing '@' and selecting from the dropdown list.
  4. Receive Notifications: Stay informed with notifications via email or in-app alerts when:
    • Another user shares a course with you.
    • Someone comments on a course you own.
    • Someone responds to your comment.
    • You are mentioned in a comment.
