  • Get an overview of relevant information, uploaded media and linked activity with a reorganized profile view for each issue.

What you’ll love about this new functionality

The new issues profile is a redesigned incident management space, which you and your team can use to collaborate on the daily challenges you face in your business.

We’ve added visual components to the new issues profile so you can choose between reviewing the issue summary, any attached media, or just the activity log. This ensures you can easily document, analyze, and manage issues on the go.

With the new Issues profile view, you can:

  • See the full picture: With the new Overview tab, you can see key details about an issue and easily start a new inspection or action directly from the issue.
  • Keep track of media: The Files tab helps centralize the documents and uploaded media related to an Issue in one place.
  • Stay up to speed: View a timeline of updates associated with the issue in the Activity tab. Here you can see with whom the issue was shared, linked inspections and actions or any comments added by your team members.

How to get started with the new release

The new issues profile view is currently in Early Access. Read our support article for details on how to enable it.

 

Hey Team, absolutely loving the new Issues module. 

 

I do have concerns as I have had people double up on the upload of Images and documents and even as admin i am unable to manage this by archiving or deleting.
