In this release, you can now:

  • Create multiple issues QR codes with pre-filled Site and Category details

What you’ll love about this new functionality

Previously, you were only able to create and rely on only one QR code for quick reporting of any issues in your organization. Now, we have released the ability to create multiple QR codes with an unlimited ability to configure them to automatically pre-fill the Category and/or Site details you need. When scanned, these QR codes seamlessly direct to the regular issue reporting page, instantly populating the 'Category' and 'Site' fields if you choose to do so. Stay organized and ensure all critical details are always captured in every issues.

Plus, we’ve also made managing these QR codes easy, with the ability to search by name and filter by category or site to find the QR code you’re after.
