In this release, you can now:

  • Save time and let your inspection do the calculations automatically for you

What you’ll love about this new functionality

Don’t waste time switching between apps to calculate your inspection answers. Now you can set your inspection questions to do the maths for you. Whether it’s a complex Excel-like equation or a simple division, save time by prompting your inspections to calculate numbered question inputs for your final answer. This means more accurate data for you and more time for your team to perform their daily tasks.

Note: We’re currently working on adding logic flows to calculated results and making the feature compatible with repeated sections. Stay tuned!

This is a great addition!!! Have been hoping for calculations for some time. 

Any chance percentage formatting will be added?

Question: is it on the works to have logic added to calculated results? E.g., if calculation = greater than or equal to 20, trigger: notes or action required?

Hi @Stuart Carpenter we absolutely plan to bring in the logic feature as you know it and combine it with the new calculations feature. We expect that to arrive and be out to customers in June. 

 

@Andrew-K we don’t have any immediate plans to add percentage as an extra format option but thank you for raising this as we may re-visit adding more format options for numbered questions in the future!
