Our Supervisors use a handover template, which they duplicate and update weekly at shift change. Its a live document that they update on an ongong basis. They would like to be able to use differnet colour fonts to be able to more easily differentiate between each other updates, questions and respones.

While we don’t have anything currently on the roadmap to address this it’s very useful to hear this as it could be linked in with a number of different future projects that we have cooking.

I think the fonts should be different - Bold for Head and light for bullet points to make it more impactful
