We have several templates where the response to a question a list of names for example the managers at a site right now we maintain a global response set that is the list of manager names at that site. However the managers at that site are already part of a group for scheduling and if I could use that group as a response set in a the template it would be one less list of name I have to maintain.  Other common lists of name for a response set are all active users, all users at a site
