Ability to create a schedule based on a monthly KPI number.
IE i need all Trades to complete 5 Safety Conversations in a month. The ability to schedule that so they receive automatic reminder on how they are going and what number they have left.

Scheduling Inspections
This would be great and assist with for example OSHA compliance in America where “toolbox” talks and Safety Meetings and their documentation are required.

+1I’d simply like if the current inspection schedule was more dynamic, if an inspection is completed outside of the scheduled time, its always “MISSED” instead of changing to a “COMPLETED” state, or possible a “COMPLETED LATE”. This needs to be added.
Yes it missed the window, but it’s COMPLETED in it’s current state(albeit late).
Our inspections are due the end of the month, but they can be signed off by a manager up to the 4th day of the next month, this makes most inspections MISSED, while in reality they’re COMPLETED just outside of the window.
This is an annoyance of mine, I’m still having to use an Excel spreadsheet to track the status of inspections.
