I would be good you had one answer option which was like a grid, so the technician can write in add multiple service requests and then grade them in accordance of importance.
So in rows: Ability to write different options (such as service request), and in the columns, option to write in a grading system or similar. asically, a multiple choise grid!

+1I think the feature you’re requesting is called a “likert” it’s a scale that has 1 to 5 or “like or dislike”? But you want users to be able to enter the item they’re rating is.
The ability to add tables to Inspections is coming in the near future, but I think this is something different from what you’re requesting.
It’s an interesting idea, there are ways to do this now, but they’re roundabout.
