Include Action Activity to Inspection Report

Hi,

This is also something we are having an issue with. 

We carry out third party scaffold inspections for principal contractors and scaffolding companies and are getting more and more requests to show proof that actions have been completed. 

Photographic proof is being provided by the assigned contact and we can see that in the activity log. However, an option to include these photos into an action report in PDF format would be a great tool we can utilise to give clients to show reports are being closed out. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

This is already available. 

If the action is activated then it can be closed by adding parameters to setting such as requiring notes and media etc. 

If the action (s) are part of an inspection from template then this is also the best route as you have the following

-The report with actions.

-Labels linked to the action 

-Data collation in analytics

-Closure

All fully traceable in the system, in the actions tab etc. 

Hope I have understood the question. 

If it was an actions odf only the I do not think this is fully customised at the moment. 

In addition, we would like to request the action replies photographs to be included. 

Actions exports should include photos the comment and how they have closed it shown in the activity.
