First of all, thank you very much for providing such a great platform for conducting the inspections and raising issues, etc. 

A new feature is that contractor company management is very good and will be much more useful if you can add service treatment records through an app or QR code to avoid the usage of papers.

We have service providers that provide different services (pest control, fumigation, maintenance, etc.) to our warehouses in different cities in Saudi Arabia. Our sustainability goal requires us to move toward paperless processes and record-keeping across the organization as well as with third parties. We request the Safetyculture team to provide with some features that can help us get and keep the contractor service record for audit purposes as well.
