I would love to see Safety Culture incorporate a mobile forms solution similar to GoFormz. We have several PDF forms that we need to retain the original PDF format to comply with the various companies with which we contract. We are trying to move from paper forms to digital for the use of tablets/iPads. While we can convert the concept of the forms using Safety Culture, we lose the original look and layout which is necessary for us to keep as many of the forms are designed by the companies we work for. Being able to stay with one solution instead of subscribing to multiple platforms would be a plus.

An option would be to allow us to design the fillable PDF using Adobe Acrobat, but use Safety Culture as somewhat of a server for keeping an original template, distributing the form to users, and collecting the data from completed forms.

I like this idea.
I actually think the existing ‘inspections’ functionality could be come a powerful form builder as well (‘Forms and Inspections’?), and allowing users to have external or non-account based access to those forms/inspections could be really powerful (I recognise ‘issues’ does this, but the data acquired there is minimal at best!).

You could then have something like what you describe sitting behind a form or inspection to allow the final result to be a PDF export where the PDF fields align with the inspection/form template to produce a completed, final product.

I’d love to see that happen.
