Dates?
When we have been inspecting sites we have found that we need to link into the data at the inspection observations about training validity / competence.
- This may include current cards / certs
- These normally have expiry dates
When we capture this information currently there is no way to link this expiry date on the inspection that then becomes live.
Can we look at this ref dates etc in order that when an inspection or similar is completed that the dates is recorded and like schedules it warns us about the expiry date info?
Hopefully in the Contractor Registration Module that is in the process of being built this will capture prior to working on any site relevant cards with dates etc that will /raise actions or flagged alerts on the system to enable us to prevent personnel from undertaking activities etc until they have a valid card / certificate.
