Many thanks for your feedback on the new training matrix report and for the great insights. We agree that combining credentials and training would be really powerful, and will be considered in future versions of this report. We’ll be sure to keep you in the loop with updates!

This needs to be more intuitive and also show the certificates etc or the training certs and so on for groups and individuals.

We are working very closer with main contractors and they are the Principal Contractors legally hence they set the ground rules. So when we are trying to collaborate then I would like to see a view only area we can share for them to access and see training ) qualifications and certs.

This gives them the ability and confidence to then trust what we are doing, the systems and competence of personnel without sending or printing etc.

I also want a link to assets. What I mean is if a person is going to use an asset.

Example fork lift truck then this should be mandatory for credentials and training to be in place or completed.

For personnel new to the company this should be an automated barrier that prevents use of this equipment until completed.

Where this links to a person and asset when the cert expires then a red flag is communicated to the site team group indicating prior to expiry that the person cannot use the asset.
