It would be great to be able to just copy and paste media into the “Activity” tab in Issues or Actions. This is a feature that is already available in most platforms and it saves a lot of computer space and time if we can just copy and paste pictures.
Another is the “In Progress” status for Issues and Actions. Would be nice to have a way of separating untouched open Issues from the ones that are currently being actioned.

I did want to point out that I believe your second idea already exists in the Community (attached below). While it’s not currently on our immediate roadmap, I’d encourage you to add your vote to help push it up the priority list. Every vote makes a difference
