We propose implementing an automated system to streamline the evaluation process. Once the audit's final score is calculated (ranging from 0% to 100%), the system will automatically assign the corresponding rating and approval status:

Rating Criteria:

• A: 85% to 100% (Approved)

• B: 60% to 84.9% (Approved)

• C: 30% to 59.9% (Not Approved)

• D: 0% to 29.9% (Not Approved)

Current Process:
We manually report the results of the audit and provide the correct evaluation afterward.

Proposed Improvement:
Automate this process by generating a specific audit result (e.g., "Audit Result: [Outcome]") and using a trigger to automatically deliver the correct evaluation. This would streamline reporting and reduce manual effort.
