It would be highly useful to be able to use analytics to pull data from the issues from the customisable questions on an issue.
IE.
We are using issues for the public to report on ablution block service requests.
If i had a question that was “categorize this issue”
and had,
Cleanliness
Plumbing
Electrical
Lack of consumables
etc
I could report on what the most common request is via a dashboard
