I have inspection templates up with a section or page of a couple hundred questions.  and then a  nothe page that has summary inputs for each section on the prior page.  If there was a way to make the flagged items on the previous page populate and then be editable in another page it would ensure that your summary did not miss any flagged item and it would save a lot of time in pre-filling those items.  Please reach out to me for further discussion on how i would nvision this working or further questions.

Hey @Bill.coon,

Thank you for the post. We would love to have a chat with you - can you shoot me an email at karen.starr@safetyculture.io and we will arrange a time.

Cheers,

Karen

Good idea.

I think we use this differently by the flagged item being linked to the question and having flagged items in analytics at a business level hence closing business gaps.

The use of analytic dashboards as a tracker for issues, flagged items and actions (all gaps) is the current way that we use this.

If the flagged items have to be remedied by some form of intervention then maybe logic for an action for flagged items in this case would be better as the assigned user or group would then have to close the gap (flagged item) or escalate etc up the Org etc if they cannot close.
