Report creation with only selected pages and sections

When sending reports to 3rd party regulatory agencies, it would be great if we had the ability to only include certain sections or pages from the inspection. I know this can be done by deleting those section from the word export but would be nice to cut out those additional steps with a preset layout filter.

Rearranging questions, sections, and pages does get mentioned a few times by our customers, and we hear ya! We’ve also had a similar discussion on this post as well.

Although it would be great to have the flexibility to rearrange these items on the fly after completing an inspection, we should also be careful not to edit how the template has been created and structured in the first place.

We may not be able to guarantee if this is something the inspection reports team will be working on in the coming months, or years, we hear you and other customers loud and clear regarding having a more granular level of controls in the report layout.


@Hojae Jung Thanks for the response. The biggest thing for us would be the ability to select only certain sections or pages for the final report. As you can see below my Incident Report is very complex but when I send out the Remediation Report (which is part of the total incident) I only want to send out the Event Details, Remediation Closure Report, Sampling Activity, and Detailed Remediation Activities pages in the final report, and not the other pages or sections. 

 

 


@Hojae Jung I’m glad I found this post as I am currently looking to do something very similar. 

I have a required question within a template that I would like to omit from the report. Whilst it is essential to the Auditor completing the inspection, I do not want it to be visible on the report. 

Having the option to choose which questions are visible or hidden on the Report would be a great advantage.
